Oceanfront, Wild Dunes home just steps from the surf. Absolute oceanfront three story home with premium panoramic views second to none!. As you enter, the front door you immediately see the ocean and beach front views. The living area is very open with a combination living room/dining room and kitchen with a large granite top breakfast bar. The kitchen features a Viking stove and subzero refrigerator/freezer. The second floor includes one bedroom and full bathroom.
On the third floor is the oceanfront primary bedroom suite with setting area. Primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and double sinks. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor joined by a center bathroom between them. This shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination with single sink.

The top floor (4th floor) includes a large game room and one bedroom with a full bath. Game room has a large flat screen TV, wet bar, pool table and opens up to another ocean front sundeck. It doesn't get any better than this! Top floor game room does have a queen blow up mattress in the closet.

· Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
· Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
· Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes.
· Please no pets or smoking or fireplace use
· Elevator is not available. There are no exceptions.

We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project in order to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!

ATTENTION GUESTS: Due the the impact of recent storms please note that during high tide, the beach area becomes quite narrow, which may limit space for walking. You might notice some sandbags at nearby properties protecting their dunes—thank you for helping us care for the coastline by avoiding walking on the dunes or sandbags.
