The house was originally built as a home for the priest Antonio Costa (the same name as the little village Costa, next to Trevi) . The house is situated on the noble square Piazza della Rocca is surrounded with beautiful palazzo’s.
The house was transformed in 1650 into a chapel for the congregation of Pilippo Neri. It is number 21 on the map of historical properties in Trevi.
The property is now a beautiful palazzo, with parts of the old chapel like a high atrium, ceilings ...It can be considered as a historical loft. The 17th century converted chapel has been very successfully restored into a modern luxury 3 bedroom mansion.
Next door “Resti della Rocca” , the oldest part of Trevi,the new wing, is a fully restored ruin from the fifteenth century. In this part we have an open space, a sun terrace, a swimspa with shower , a summer kitchen and and a beautifull cellar .
