Welcome to your bright and beautifully updated Sunriver hideaway. With an open layout and cozy vibes, this condo is just right for a couple’s escape or a fun-filled stay for up to four guests.

Kick back in the living room, where modern furnishings meet a crackling wood-burning fireplace. Cue up movie night on the Smart TV and stream all your favorites after a day of adventure.

The sleeping setup is a guest favorite. A queen bed plus built-in bunk beds keep everyone together in one clever, comfortable space. There’s also an Amazon Fire TV Stick, so bedtime can easily turn into one more episode. The full bathroom features a shower-over-tub combo, perfect for rinsing off after a day outdoors.

The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a breeze, whether you’re whipping up pancakes or packing snacks for the trail. Feeling adventurous? Hop on the two adult bikes and cruise around beautiful Sunriver at your own pace.

Located in the heart of Sunriver, Oregon, this condo puts you close to it all. Spend your days hiking and biking scenic trails, fishing crystal-clear rivers, or exploring nearby national parks. When it’s time to slow things down, the Village offers charming shops, art galleries, and tasty restaurants for an easy dose of local fun.

Dogs are welcome here too. Up to two pups may join you, fees apply 🐾

Please note: the BBQ is not available for guest use as of December 2025.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

The location and condition of the condo was great. Literally next block to the country store makes it a great place to stay.

Cozy little condo

This cozy condo is perfect. It's close to Sunriver store's, restaurants and ice skating. My boys even played in the snow behind the condo. We will be back again!

Perfect Central Sunriver

The space is ideal for a small family looking to enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer. Exceptionally clean and quite. Comfortable beds.

Best part: Bennington Property Mgt team were great. When presented w/the absurdity of 5 pm check-in & 10 am check-out, effectively reducing a 2 day rental to ONE day of use, they provided SHARC passes-something a reasonable owner would have done already. When notified the TV didn’t work, they responded immediately. Although the Tech couldn’t fix it, we appreciated their reponse.Worst part- The unit doesn’t cool down enough on hot central-Oregon days enough to sleep at night. Portable AC isn’t strong enough to reach the bedroom. Since windows & sliding door have no screens, opening windows to help is not an option. TV doesn’t connect to WiFi or cable. Suffice it to say, as frequent travelers we are accustomed to staying if in far better properties for far less money.

Sunriver Condo Rental

The property was absolutley wonderful. Our only frustration was the timeframe of check-in and check-out. I messaged the property manager to see about an early check in at 12:45 and was told it was being cleaned and to check back, which I did several times and was told it still wasn't ready. I sat outside the unit for several hours with no one coming in or out but was told it wasn't ready. A 6:00pm check in and a 10:00am check out seems a little much. Other than the timeframe the rental was incredible. Jeanine/Derrick

Overall great. However, there are three things that need attention. First, the lights in the bedroom do not turn on. Second, the bedroom has no dresser or scene a shelf to put clothes on (had to live out a suitcase despite having a full bedroom). Third, the bathroom needs a shampoo- for all Wet and then realized no shampoo. This looks like a new remodel property so we suspect these are just the growing pains of getting into a new cadence, but those three things would be important to most people.

Hope you like sleeping next to a loading dock…

Upon arrival our bathroom smelled of urine. The bathroom door is a barn door slider which has a huge reveal on either side and doesn’t stay shut. You can literally wave to those who walk by in the hallway from the toilet. Zero privacy. The bunk beds may as well have been plywood. They were so bad, my kids had to sleep on the pull out which was better. Worst part of the entire stay: 3am marks the arrival of truck #1 to unload goods behind the Sunriver stores and was extremly loud. What started as a ‘beep-beep-beep’at 3am-ended, 8 trucks later around 8am and several heavy unloads later. It sounds like you’re sleeping near a construction zone. None of this is disclosed in the condo ad, so beware. We reserved this with the location being ideal. Relaxation and sleep=zero.
