The beds were very uncomfortable definitely needs updating.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beds were very uncomfortable definitely needs updating. There was also quite a few spiders in the upper far bedroom. Location was great and the private pool was nice.

VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 7 月 14 日)

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location and that the private pool helped make your stay enjoyable. We're sorry to hear the beds were not as comfortable as you had hoped and appreciate you bringing that to our attention. We also apologize for the spiders you encountered in the upstairs bedroom. While our homes are professionally cleaned and treated regularly, our Central Oregon location means spiders and other insects can occasionally find their way indoors. We'll be sure to have our housekeeping and maintenance teams inspect the home to address your concerns. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better stay in the future.

Annual family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: have been visiting Sunriver for over 30 years. The location is great. The cabin could use some updates. Washing machine did not work consistently. The house is rated to host 8 people yet there is very little silverware. Plenty of plates and cups. We supplemented with plasticware.

VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2026 年 8 月 16 日)

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing Sunriver as a vacation destination for more than 30 years! We're so glad you enjoyed the location of the cabin. We also appreciate you taking the time to let us know about the issues you experienced during your stay. Your comments regarding the washing machine and the shortage of silverware are very helpful, and we'll be sure to share them with the appropriate team so they can be reviewed. Guest feedback plays an important role in helping us improve, and we truly appreciate your suggestions. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another stay in the future. ❤️

The mattresses need to be replaced - except for the down stairs mattress, all others have gone past their life span - exceeding uncomfortable. The drapes downstairs could not be closed, especially the bedroom one. Had to put a blanket over the window for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked and good supply of dishes and utensils. The unit was clean but needed a touch-up on paint. But all in all we had a wonderful time.

I was actually embarrassed to take my family to this home despite making light out of the situation. There were cob webs and dead bugs everywhere. You could see many of them under the end table before walking in the door. Curtains were actually falling off the window. Under the dining room table was very hairy. Also, washer wouldn't spin clothes. I got a blanket out of the closet that was filthy. Very, very outdated home and felt dirty. Also, no A/C and they provide only 1 fan Location was nice, the outdoor pool was great and nice they had sharc passes for us.

It was difficult to find the right cabin at first because the cabin number wasn't clearly listed and GPS took us to the wrong one based on the address. The property isn't as nice as others I've stayed in for the same price, I'm guessing because it's summer. There were alot of families with kids around us and it could get noisy. The place was clean and is in a good, central location, so we did enjoy our visit.

Great location, quiet

This cabin has a great location, quiet. Could use a little TLC and the deck really needs replaced but still clean and had everything we needed. Even without Air conditioning we were able to keep it cool with just the house fan. The bedrooms were good sized and plenty of room for grandsons and us. I was so pleasantly surprised with Sharc passes and a small neighborhood pool. I would stay there again. Thank you.
