Welcome to our gorgeous, completely designer remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (La Palapa #307) located above the distinguished La Palapa Restaurant, steps to the sands of Playa de los Muertos beach, in the heart of the Zona Romantica. Our unit has been completely remodeled and reimagined with only the finest of finishes and furnishings. With beautiful mountain views, you are only steps to the beach or an elevator ride to the beautiful rooftop pool with panoramic views of the bay and the city. The amenities of this gem include air conditioning in all rooms, free WiFi, flat screen TV in living room, fully equipped kitchen, high quality linens and towels, and filtered water. This beautiful beach-front building is right in the heart of the most beautiful area in all of sunny Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy fine dining downstairs and throughout the entire neighborhood where you can walk to everything including art galleries and boutiques. Housekeeping is provided daily (except Sundays and national holidays); Concierge and doorman is available 24/7 and a laundry service is a short walk away so you can drop off your clothes in the morning and get them fluffed and folded while you are relaxing and sunning or sightseeing, or diving, or shopping or whatever you love to do on your vacation.

We (Allen and Stuart) live in Southern California and love to travel all over the world. We actually met in Puerto Vallarta during a vacation in 2003 so it's a very special place to us. We love sharing our homes there with our guests and have done all we can to make it feel like a 5 star resort that you'll want to come to over and over again. In face, we have guests who book years in advance to make sure they have their weeks available.

When we met in Puerto Vallarta in 2003, Allen was actually staying at a condo in La Palapa and we absolutely loved it. Every year we'd rent a condo in La Palapa until finally in 2011 we were able to purchase 703 and then a few years later 604 and recently 307. We love the building which has the absolute best beach location you could ask for. And, the neighborhood has the best restaurants and shopping in the area. We just love it!
