Two bedroom - 1 bath with large living room and eat in kitchen. We offer off street parking and a great front porch and fenced in backyard. Hosts live right next door and across the street so we are close but leave you alone unless you need us. Great for a weekend visit as it is close to everything and in a very walkable neighborhood with shops, restaurants, antique stores, coffee shops. Or can be booked long term.

Big 12 Tournament stay

This was a cute house in a good location. My only negative is that the 2nd bedroom has a pull out sofa instead of a bed.

Owner unlocked the door and walked in unannounced at 930pm

Overall the place was clean and neat. The house was in a great location, but we never truly felt comfortable. Overall these are not deal breakers, but together I never felt 100% comfortable. The first night the owner walked into the house to check on us. No knock, no announcement, no message. Just unlocked the door and walked in. I will admit we accidentally hit the Ring doorbell, but still not sure why she walked in. The basement had a door to the outside and couldn’t be locked. So, the house was never really secure at night. The backyard fence has a two openings a dog can get through. Our dog is pretty calm and while well trained, a more adventurous dog could easily fit through if they saw something. Lastly the neighbor has a flood light that shines into the master bedroom. The house has blinds, but they still shine through.

Good location

House is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that is very convenient to the Plaza. Host communication was great. We had a good stay!

Nice stay in KC

Stayed with my son and 2 small pups. Very clean, comfortable beds, had all the basic stuff you'd need. Was hot that weekend, a/c worked great. Check in/out process was easy. There is a small back yard (rocks and weeds) but escape potential for small dogs so make sure to keep an on them. If you want to go for a walk, there is a great park at the end of the street!

I live and work right next to our houses so hosting was an easy decision. We have rented our homes since 1969. With the world the way it is we decided to turn half of our units into short term rentals, now we are offering mid term or long term stays. But keeping them furnished.
