San Sebastián’s Hideaway in refreshingly clean with a touch of old charm and modern finishes. The open floor plan is great for entertaining. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the patio or spend your downtime around the gas fire pit in the back yard and enjoy our large backyard space which includes a gas barbecue grill. As a courtesy we offer a free complimentary coffee and snack bar. We also do not charge a cleaning fee, for your stay. We are pet friendly, but there is an additional charge pet fee of $200 that will be applied to your reservation. So we must be notified if you are bringing a pet at the time of your initial booking in order to ensure the accuracy of your reservation and inclusion of the pet fee. Our home is conveniently located in the West King District approx. 1.5 miles from the historic downtown tourist district of St. Augustine. Guests are a short walk to a variety of local establishments, and a quick 15 minute drive to St. Augustine beach.

We had a wonderful long weekend staying here. A special thank you to the host. Very welcoming and responsive. Location was convenient to downtown St Augustine and as well as golf at World Golf courses. The backyard and game room were added perks!

The house is perfectly equipped and layed out. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths is a rare find! The garage has been turned into a game room which was entertaining and all 3 bedrooms had a television Location was easy to navigate to the local attractions. Would definitely stay again. Communication was easy and quick response from the owners. Thank you

Everything was just as pictured. James is awesome and his communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place. It is in very close proximity to the historic district. Really cute, quaint and cozy home. Really loved it.

Such a great birthday getaway

We come to St. Augustine every year for my birthday and this by far the best time. The house was beautiful and the backyard was perfect for a fire after a night out on the town. We would definitely come back here next year!!!

Great stay!

My husband and I spent 2 1/2 weeks here in January 2025. The amenities were spot on. We enjoyed the area. Tons of great restaurants within a short drive. We would recommend James and his facility very highly.

I booked this listing for myself (though I only live about 30 minutes away), my sister, and her teenage/adult children for the extended Easter weekend. It was phenomenal! The house was roomy enough for us to not feel like we were climbing over each other with so many areas for us to spread out--kitchen, living room, bedrooms, dining table, game room, and the absolutely wonderful outside space. The host was great at communication and was even kind enough to refund our pet deposit when our family members' plans changed and they weren't able to join us with their dog. It was greatly appreciated! The house was cozy and well decorated. There was plenty of parking. AND the checkout list was easy and very minimal (something not common these days). Overall, we had a great stay and plan to try to rebook this property for my family's next visit.

I’m James, a native Floridian who moved to the central Florida area where I met my wife Amy. We fell in love with St. Augustine over 15 years ago while attending a wedding at the San Sebastián Winery. Since then, we have regularly visited for date nights, couples retreats & family staycations. We feel so blessed to own a vacation home in our favorite historical city, and it’s our goal as hosts to provide the best possible guest experience.

We chose this established neighborhood in the West King District, because it's a quiet retreat settled amongst the St. Augustine locals just outside the hustle and bustle of the Historic Downtown tourist district. Which is perfect for those looking to experience everything that St. Augustine has to offer.

This pet friendly property is a newer build in an established neighborhood, so it contains all the modern amentities that are desired for an extended stay. The lay out of this single family home is situable for up to 8 people, and ideal for extended family gatherings, both inside or outside in the large fenced in backyard.
