Overall excellent. The only thing was when arrived trash can was full from previous guests. I called office and reported it. Trash can was not emptied the entire stay. We added our trash bags in can and lid couldn’t close. I did let management know. They said due to holiday it wasn’t emptied. I think trash should be emptied after each stay even holiday. May need to look into this issue. We were across from residence big trash and it was smelling. Also in master bath the left sink was draining very slow.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review — we're delighted your overall stay was excellent! We do want to apologize for the trash can being full when you arrived and for the slow-draining sink in the master bath. That's not the seamless start we want our guests to have, and we're grateful you brought it to our attention. Trash collection is handled by an outside service provider, so holiday timing can occasionally delay pickup, but we hear you — and we'll keep working to make sure arrivals feel fresh and effortless every time. A quick note for next time: please reach out to us directly the moment anything needs attention, and we'll do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. We'd love the chance to welcome you back! -Life in Paradise Team
