Our first house unfortunately had a water leak from the roof due to a storm from the previous night. The property management company called me and informed me of the issue. They immediately found me another house in the same neighborhood that they managed and were able to get me into it immediately. My family and I were very pleased with the house and with the property management company. I would recommend using them to anyone looking to stay in Port Aransas. We will definitely be using them in all our future stays down there.

We loved it. We had 6 people: 4 adults, teenager and child. It was perfect as far as bedrooms. Lots of beach toys too. We didn’t cook there. The microwave door didn’t close, but that was the only thing I saw that needed fixing. So convenient to the beach too.

The decks off of the back and front are a pleasant place to spend time. The kitchen was well supplied. Beds comfortable. Fun On The Beach

We had a great time. Property is within walking distance of the beach, and close to stores in Port Aransas. We enjoyed visiting San Padre National Seashore, and several nice restaurants. January is a quiet time with not many people.

Nice beach house for family vacation

Overall an enjoyable stay. Location is good, a bit further from town, but still close to the beach. Nicely equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Only issue was water pressure, two people showering at the same time is a no-go. The dryer didn’t work either. Both issues were forwarded to maintenance and will hopefully be resolved before the next renters.

Family beach weekend.

Enjoyed the family time together! House size was adequate but, it could use a good cleaning and updating. The floors were pretty dirty and had an ant issue, as well as a couple of cockroach’s. Many window coverings were stained and the grass was very long. For the price, it should have at least had clean floors.

While we enjoyed our time in Port Aransas overall, there were a few aspects of the rental that left us disappointed.Location: The location was great—close to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. It made getting around town easy and enjoyable.Cleanliness & Condition: Unfortunately, the home was not as clean as we expected upon arrival. Some areas clearly needed more attention, and the property itself could use some refreshing and updates to feel more welcoming and comfortable.Staff & Service: The management team was responsive and courteous, which we appreciated. However, we hope they take guest feedback seriously and improve the cleaning standards and maintenance of the property.With a bit more care and attention to detail, this could be a fantastic rental. We hope to see improvements in the future.

Great layout/floor plan; nice neighborhood

We had a nice stay at the ‘Dreams Do Come True’ home. The house has a great floor plan! A few items to note: - The boardwalk to beach has MANY stairs and is quite long. Just be prepared. - The upstairs bedroom (which is a loft space by itself, does not have a door (but it was a perfect space for our 2 teen girls). - Would have loved access to a pool but that’s no fault of the property/owners. :-) - Kitchen was stocked “okay”. Only 2 trash bags provided. We brought our own pans & cutting board. Bring or buy your own paper towels, napkins, etc. - Was nice having a washer & dryer but bring laundry detergent. Overall, nice place!

Anniversary gathering

the house was perfect, with beds and baths for all the parties. Kitchen had all the right pots and pans, the grill was clean and they even had beach toys!

Great beach house!

Great house right next to the beach. Has all the room you would need for a get together. Super close to restaurants and bars. Communication with the property management was excellent and the small issue we had was rectified that day. Will definitely book again.

Pre Thanksgiving vacation.

The home was clean and welcoming. Love the lack of too many chores to close out. Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Our pets were easy to take care of in the rental. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Communication was top notch.

Great and affordable!

We had a great time staying here and love that we were able to bring our pups with us! The upstairs bed was wonderful and firm, which is sometimes hard to find in rentals. I do recommend bringing coffee filters (8-10 cup basket style) and coffee if you drink it regularly.

The small beach view from the upper floor is okay; otherwise, it’s looking at the dunes from the balcony. But don’t rely on the very long boardwalk with many stairs to the beach if you want to carry anything. Get a golf cart or drive your car to the beach via the access road just outside the neighborhood. Port A Escapes was very responsive when needed to solve a minor issue.

Great place!

This place is in a great location with a boardwalk to the beach! It actually has two master suites one of which is upstairs by itself. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything and plenty of parking. You also have access to beach toys and boards and a grill. My family was very happy with it! I’d rent it again!
