PARKING is limited to 3-4 vehicle's depending on size. No Parking on landscaping or grass. This property is located Off Las Olas in the gated neighborhood of Idlewyld.
This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.
Valid ID is required upon arrival and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed. Luxury Vacation Stays is the exclusive operator of this property.

This home is located off Las Olas Blvd. East in the gated neighborhood of IDLEWYLD. Walk to the Fort Lauderdale beach at Las Olas & A1A in 10 minutes. All of the restaurants, shops and pubs are less than 2 minutes from this property.

1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
2. Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.
4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

An on-site complete walk through will be conducted upon check-in to ensure you have everything that you need and are familiar with how to operate everything during your stay. We provide full service Conceirge Style hosting to our distinguished guests. Upon booking your Vacation Ambassador will reach out to assist with booking excursions, hiring personalized services such as chefs, yacht charters, surprise decorations for guest of honor, massage therapists, yoga instructors, private transportation, event tickets, VIP entrance to local attractions and more.
We do a walk through of the property upon check-in. Like a hotel you will need a government issued ID with you for check-in.
