This vacation was a much needed break. Overall, the house was as described except for a few hiccups that the host did try to fix quickly. I learned that we were the first tenants to rent here in quite a while. The issues that we had were addressed pretty quickly. My biggest disappointment was the pool heater did not work. For it being December/January, the heated pool was a necessity. We could not use the pool, it was too cold.This next part is only to help other renters. There is not a hot tub or fire pit. There are four bikes on site and the tire pump is in the garage if you need it. There are not a ton of bath towel's but I believe the host will be getting more. There are about 10 beach towels that were brand new. There are also 6 beach chairs. There are only three kitchen towels. Usually there is a care package to help with the first night but not here. There were no garbage bags, or paper towels or dishwasher pods here to use so you will need to run to the store. There are a couple of grocery stores within a mile or so. I did leave some there to hopefully start the trend of people leaving the extras to help the next renters until they could shop. Location is amazing. The beach is clean and lifeguards are close. If you are traveling this time of year, make sure you go to the left on the beach because the sun goes behind the big building and it gets shady and cold at 3:30. If you go to the left about 30 yards you will miss that!

Location, Location, Location

You cannot beat this location and view. The heated pool was essential given the time of year we stayed. Very responsive host.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay and Mirtha was great and attended to any needs or questions that we had. The house had all the amenities and you just can't beat the location!

Excellent Location and Amazing view!

The property was just as it shows.. Excellent location, steps to the beach , perfect view and the pool was awesome! We had a family vacation, plenty of room for everyone! Would recommend this home!

Awesome location!

We had a few quips checking in but Mirtha helped us "iron out" everything. Mirtha was really reliable and fast with results. The master bedroom was fantastic. Loved the view and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! The heated pool was a hit with me and our grandchildren. The beach just across the street is a major plus. Having a washer and dryer was important ~ and we went home with clean clothes!!

Guys Getaway

Trip was fantastic. The house was great. Very clean. The pool was tremendous, heater worked great! Location of the property was beautiful! There is not much as far as bars/restaurants in walking distance but everything you need is a short Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride away. Mirtha, the property manager was very accommodating. Got right back to us if we had any questions. Would definitely stay at this property again. Overall great vacation and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home with spacious pool and a great ocean view. Thank you Mirtha

Its about location

We stayed with our family for 5 days. Great location and pool was very nice. But unfortunately the house was not clean. We found a condom laying outside by the pool, hair clogged in 2 of the bathroom drains, sand and gravel all throughout the first floor second floor beds had cheetos, chips all around them. When we informed the owner, she apologized and we asked for a discount being we had to clean and buy our own cleaning products to do so because the house has nothing. Quite a shame because it is a nice house and would have hoped the owner would be more understanding. Especially when a 20 month old found the condom laying by the pool. Absolutely disgusting. I own 2 vacation properities along the New Jersey coastline and always ensire the house is in perfect shape for incoming families. This owner fails to do this or check the house.

Dirty House

I usually don't take the time to write any reviews but this time was necessary, the house is big, and the location is unbelievable, beach front and very close to restaurants, bars, stores even a big mall, however the house was dirty, it was surface clean but looks like they don't cleaned as good as they should, after all this house is a 8to 10k per week and it should be deep clean and disinfect the pool was dirty and needed to be service, the pool area was really poorly clean and maintended there was a lots of ants in the pool area, floors were really dirty and there was insects,ants etc we had to buy raid and spray to keep the bugs away from our gathered areas, we inside the house and in the bedrooms, the washer machine did not work, I contacted the owner and she was very nice and even offer to pick up the clothes and wash them for us, but we just don't feel comfortable to let other people wash our clothes, we paid for a house that included a washer machine and suppose to be working or they should have a plan B, we stay almost week and had to spend a day in a laundromat, there was mold in the showers, really the whole house was dirty we did not enjoy the much as we wanted to, the intention of this review in not to offend anyone but to make owner and guess aware, so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Please deep clean and repair the house is the least you can do for the amount that you charge.

Life on the beach

I should begin by saying I'm very picky about places I stay and my expectations are very high when I'm spending over $10,000 on lodging for a week. You couldn't ask for a better location or view at this house and Mirtha was very easy to work with. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and walking on the beach everyday. We were also in walking distance to several restaurants which was nice. What was lacking was an attention to detail. The house was clean on the surface but not what I would consider Covid clean. The pool was dirty upon arrival and not cleaned until two days before we left. Several of the lounge chairs had broken pieces and could not support the weight of someone sitting on them. The listing stated there was a grill but there wasn't one. After I inquired about it, one was delivered 2 days later. Unfortunately, the meat and seafood that we had purchased went bad. We had a toilet with a visible crack in it and it leaked all over a bathroom floor causing a huge mess. This occurred on the same day that a transformer blew and we had no electricity for 5 1/2 hours. We couldn't find a flashlight anywhere and had to clean up the water using the flashlights on our phones. There was an iron but no ironing board. More bath towels were needed. The master bath was equipped with one hand towel, one washcloth and two bath towels for two people. We were able to use towels from unused bathrooms but we had to wash them everyday. We couldn't find any kitchen towels so we went through a lot of paper towels. The house itself, inside and out, could use a little work. None of these things prevented us from enjoying ourselves, just would have made our vacation a little easier and less stressful.

Spring break 2022

Great location, great view! The house is amazing and accommodated our group. The view was amazing!! Our only disappointment was that when we originally booked there was a gas grill on site and somewhere along the line before arrival it was removed due to liability reasons, per owner. We spend a lot of time grilling at home and look forward to doing the same on vacation due to quick easy clean-up/fav foods. Despite that issue we would book again.

Great house, great view!

This house was perfect for our getaway! Having a view of an active beach but still having privacy! Pool was amazing, the family is already talking about going back! The owner was amazing and very responsive! We’lll see you again soon!

Fun Time

We had a great time here! Location to the beach and shopping was the best. Only down fall we had is it had said there was a grill so we had Omaha Steaks delivered in and we had to cook them inside. The bedding had stains on it which we just didn't use them but mostly the house was clean. Would definately rent again.

Great place!

There were 7 adults in our party. This was a great house and fabulous location. We rented bikes that were delivered and waiting at the house when we arrived. Many great restaurants were in walking distance of the house. The view was great from the house. The traffic noise was noticeable, but not bad enough to keep us from hanging out by the pool most of the day. Very pedestrian-friendly area. We would definitely stay at this house again. The owner was very quick and helpful with responses to our questions.

Great Location.

The house is close to all the necessary amenities. Grocery store, convenience stores, restaurants and bars. 8 of us in our group this time, our third VRBO within 6 blocks of this house. If you enjoy the A1A action, car and people watching, this is a great area. The house is well suited for 8-10 people. It could use some updates, but we would recommend it as a good value. .

Birthday celebration

I celebrated my 50th birthday along with family & friends. The property is amazing and the location was wonderful. The host was very accommodating and available throughout our stay. Highly recommend the house.

Friend Group Getaway

We had a group of 6 friends as a 4 night getaway and to go to a Dolphins game. The location of the property was incredible and it was clean. There were helpful amenities including the pool and grill we enjoyed. Overall we were satisfied with the house and had a great time. I had one question during the stay in which the property manager answered very quickly. The only knock is that it could use some updating and TLC as it seems in need of renovation.

College Friend Trip

This property is beautiful, and literally right across the street from the ocean. The swimming pool was a huge plus, we spent the majority of our time by it! We did not need to contact the property manager/owner at all, so this should speak for itself! Will definitely rent this property again.

Moms and Daughters Beach Weekend

This property was the absolute perfect location! We did yoga on the beach, watched beautiful sunrises, and relaxed in the pool. The location is a short ride to all of the Fort Lauderdale restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Mirtha is amazing and was very responsive to any question or concern. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing family and friends get away!

The perfect spot. House was immaculate. Super clean. Check in and check out was super simple. The location was something to behold. Can’t get any better than on A1A on the beach. Amazing spot!
