Welcome to the Blue Pine, a charming lakeside retreat perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a quiet getaway. Our chalet sits next to the Pines Lake dock, where you can fish, boat, and explore the great outdoors. You'll have everything you need to make yourself at home, including cozy furniture, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, games, 6-person hot tub, ping pong, and more. The wrap-around deck offers year-round grilling and entertaining accessible from kitchen, den, and porch. Our sky lights, french doors, and oversized windows fill the space with natural light, that set the stage for your mountain escape. We hope you love staying here as much as our family.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and 2 dogs of any size. It's a spacious home on a quiet street with great views.

Towels are available to use for bathing as well as the hot tub, and all beds are made with linens for your arrival. We ask that you bring your own beach towels, and please do not take house towels to the beach. We also have sleds for the neighborhood sledding hill, bikes, corn hole, 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach toys, and life vests.

There are multiple grocery stores within a 10 minute drive and a sit down restaurant only 7 minutes away.

COMMUNITY: Guests will be required to register each person 12 years and older and each vehicle on our community's website prior to arrival. The cost is included in VRBO fees and includes access to beaches, fishing, trash removal, clubhouse activities, community parks/playgrounds, and parking.

Guests will receive 8 wristbands upon arrival for registering with the community. Wristbands are for guests 12 years of age and older. Any lost wristbands will need to be replaced for $25,

TRASH: There is no trash pickup service in the community. Guests will be required to bring all trash and recycling to the compactors, which is a 3 minute drive from the house. You will need to have registered with the front office prior to using the compacters.

FIREWORKS: Due to community rules, fireworks are prohibited.

PETS: Additional per-stay pet fee for up to 2 dogs of any size.

FISHING: Fishing is included with the registration. Fishing is allowed from the docks and shore at 3 lakes in our community, including the one by our home. A valid PA fishing license is also required to fish in any body of water in PA. It can be obtained online or at the local Pocono Boat House on Rt 940.

Beautiful property with lake views and access! Everything supplied for fun for the whole family and so many extra, thoughtful conveniences. Immaculately clean, comfortable beds and every supply you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Excellent communication from the hosts at all times with very thorough instructions. My wife and I were fortunate enough to stay at Andrea and Adam’s beautiful property for a quick weekend getaway. This was among the cleanest, most well appointed properties we have ever stayed at. Just the right size, comfortable, and with a nice views. We took advantage of their kayaks, did some biking around the lake, and took our pup for some beautiful walks. The fireplace was wonderful. Unfortunately, we didn’t have quite enough time or energy to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit, but I did manage to sneak downstairs for some billiards. Communications with our gracious hosts was near instantaneous and greatly appreciated. They checked in on us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your place. We will be back!

Perfect end of the summer stay!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Our group of 8 (4 adults/4kids) had a great stay at this property. The owners are very friendly and available if you need anything. The house is as advertised, we enjoyed all the games, the hot tub (especially) & the location. The community is very convenient for all the Poconos have to offer as well. Book with confidence!!

Cozy getaway

We stayed for a long weekend with the kids. The house was so cozy and full of amenities. Extremely clean and literally had everything you could ask for. The only thing we needed was food. Communication was ongoing and easy with Andrea. Location was great also. We are definitely coming back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of all the property has to offer.

Wonderful relaxing get away

Our family enjoyed the home and the area for the week. The weather wasn’t the greatest, so we didn’t get a chance to use the lake much, but thoroughly enjoyed the game room and screened in deck! The hosts were very responsive and even left a bottle of wine, s’mores kit and a happy birthday sign! Very thoughtful!

Staying at your hone was a wonderful experience. Family week at the lake

We were so impressed by how well stocked this house was. We had access to kayaks, lifejackets, and other games and we enjoyed them all. The owners were so responsive and have really made this house a great place to relax and have fun. The location is just across the street from the dock with easy access to the peaceful lake. Definitely a gem!

Beautiful house at a great location

The house and the lake community had everything we needed to have a great time. The dock was very close for fishing or kayaking, the house has a fire pit, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and a great supply of games, and the community has a lot of activities during peak season. Many other activities are close by. The owner did a great job of leaving welcome gifts as well as staying in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly highly recommend this home.

As kids get older and interests change I have found that planning family vacations has become a challenge. I knew the moment we entered this home that we would all be happy. It was so clean, thoughtfully stocked, warm and inviting for all of us age 10 to 70 years young. The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and had everything we could need already available in case we had forgotten something. We had two cool and raining days and we put a 1000 piece puzzle together on their big beautiful table. We fished and kayaked every single day. We went out to eat and got ice cream together. We sat and watched a movie together (all the streaming networks are available to use). We sat on the deck and had morning coffee and listened to the birds and bugs wake up. We had beautiful evening fire pits with s'mores and loads of laughs. We soaked in the hot tub and day dreamed of getting our own someday. Everything was clean, thoughtful and ready to use from the moment we arrived. This was our first time in the Poconos and it was a 10/10 experience.

10/10 Our Best Lake House Experience Yet!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at the Blue Chalet Lake House with 8 people and our fur babies, and it was truly the best lake house stay we’ve ever had!The house was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with more than enough room for everyone. Every amenity listed was there plus tons of thoughtful extras. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all weekend long. Andrea, the host, was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful from start to finish.There was so much to do- games, activities, hot tub, fire pit and cozy spaces for everyone to relax or have fun. We loved spending time at the lake, the local beach, and exploring the quiet, friendly community. The walk to the lake dock was peaceful and quick.The sunroom quickly became our favorite spot, perfect for reading and enjoying the outdoors even when it rained. The beds and bathrooms were super comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home.We created so many wonderful family memories here and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun-filled lake getaway!

Relaxing stay in this beautiful home

Our week long stay here was great. It is a beautiful home with plenty of room. It was clean and check-in was easy. The area is very quiet. There is a beautiful lake nearby which you can see from the dining and loft area. It’s a great place if you want to get away and relax. Andrea, the owner, was wonderful. Great communication before and during our stay. We hope to stay again but in the spring so we can take advantage of the great screened in porch and deck area. It was a bit too cold when we were there. We spent a lot of time cozy in the living room with the fireplace. Thank you, Andrea!

Quick Getaway

My family stayed at the property from 12/26-12/29 for a quick ski getaway. There were 7 of us so we used all 3 bedrooms, but not the pullout couches. The house was just as the pictures described- plenty large enough for our group. The kids loved the game options and hot tub. I loved that the house was full of amenities like spices, bathroom toiletries and kitchen extras. Close to Jack Frost and about a 25 min drive to Camelback. While the neighborhood extra check in process was a bit time consuming, it has a lot of activities as well. We just were not really able to use them due to time of year. Highly recommend & we will definitely stay here again if we visit the area next year. Thanks!

Lake house perfection

Amazing family vacation! This property is immaculately kept and has every essential that you could possibly need for your stay. Andrea made us feel so welcomed and helped us celebrate our twins birthday in the sweetest way! Birthday banner and all! My kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards provided and had the best time exploring Dick Ellis Island. The daily pool and ping pong competitions were a huge highlight. The screened in porch with coffee, good book, and my dog was the perfect morning retreat. The proximity to the lake is perfect and made for incredible star gazing at night. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The Best Gift!

I don't even know where to start with our stay at Blue Pine! Even before we arrived, communication with Andrea and her kindness in accommodation was thorough and appreciated to get us ready for our stay. We have stayed at many homes in LLV and from the moment we pulled up, this one was perfection. Their kindness to detail to acknowledge my birthday, also, was just above and beyond and truly the icing on the cake for this getaway! Clean and spacious with everything you could need and think of wanting to do or have. There is something for everyone here (our 7 and 10 year old for the first time never muttered that they were bored!) - from ping pong to pool to board games or just that perfectly soft couch (in multiple locations) to relax on. We would love to come back to experience everything in the spring!

Phenomenal Getaway!

If you are looking for an "Awesome and Outstanding" location for a getaway, this is truly the location you want. This house was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet and has everything you need. I took my wife up to the Poconos to celebrate her birthday which I communicated to the host of the property. Upon our arrival there was a Happy Birthday banner over the fire place which brought tears to my wife's eyes. This house makes you feel right at home. The host was very hands on and easily to communicate with. I highly recommend this location if you truly need some peace and quiet. There is no cons for this location. Stop your search and book this location because you will miss out tremendously if you don't. Can't wait to return. Thank you for everything.

Lovely home and peaceful lake experience

The house is as described and lovely. It was well stocked and nicely decorated. It had all the comforts of home like lots of throw blankets, a variety of games and puzzles, plus all the kitchen and bath staples, and then some. The big deck and screened in porch with ample comfortable seating and dining were my favorite spots. The lake was a very short walk, just a few minutes away. Easy to carry paddle boards and kayaks over for use on the peaceful lake. The beach and other amenities were easy to access and we took advantage of both big lakes and beaches, the inflatable obstacle course on the other lake, and tennis/pickle ball. We had 3 teenagers with us and I felt safe letting them explore the lake and community on their own. The provided bikes were helpful for that as well. The hosts were super helpful and easy to communicate with. There were a few minor issues that were not their fault, but they were quick to resolve. Overall we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

Great family getaway lake house in the woods!

5 star stay! The house was warm and cozy and fit our family of 7 perfectly! Super clean and fresh stocked with everything you need. The deck has wonderful comfy sofas to relax and soak in the air with plenty of deer for entertainment! The screened in porch was my personal favorite and was perfect for cozying up in the rain and playing games. There was something for to keep all my kids happy (ages 4-14). Pool table and ping pong and stocked with games and puzzles! The Wi-Fi worked perfect and with desk by the big window I was able to easily work “from home” which was a major plus! The lake was just a short walk away and relaxing and fun with the kayaks and paddle board or fishing! The community has beaches and parks and there was a giant slip and slide which my kids loved! Andrea was an amazing hostess who went above and beyond and answered all my questions promptly!! I highly recommend! We will be coming back!!

One of the best rental properties I have ever stayed!

I have stayed in my fair share of rentals, including other Pocono rentals. With that said, I have never stayed at a property that has offered so much. Every single thing I needed was there. Its rare to find a place where you don't have to bring certain items (cooking necessities, food storage, shower products, etc.). Blue Pine takes great care in the level of detail from the way their towels are folded to the amazing assortment of games to the very thoughtful toiletries baskets in the bathrooms. Upon entry there was a s'mores kit and bottle of wine waiting for us. Although we were not traveling with children, we noticed all of the items there that would have been so useful for a family. The thoughtful touches extended to the little ones, with kid-friendly dishes, cups, and utensils provided. The cabin had a Pack and Play available, which was a fantastic convenience for parents traveling with infants or toddlers. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and the living area was so cozy with the fireplace. One of the outdoor spaces is screened in and it was a beautiful place for us to meditate in the morning. I love how large the kitchen dining table is we used it for meals and to play games. Downstairs was so fun with the pool and ping pong table, a really amazing touch. But my all time favorite parts were 1. the fact that this property is dog friendly and 2. the walk out of the front door straight to the lake. It was breathtaking and so peaceful.

The house is a quiet retreat tucked across the street from a beautiful lake where kids and adults can explore, fish, and soak in Mother Nature. The walk around the lake is just shy of 2 miles and you will most likely bump into deer and other wildlife along the way.

The spacious interior and great natural light inside our house makes you feel like you're always in the woods. When the sun comes up in the morning, it lights the entire kitchen, den, and sunroom making that morning cup of coffee feel magical.
The seasonal lake views and our walking distance proximity to the lake adds to the adventure of the stay. Plus, the large 2nd story deck sits under a canopy of trees and creates the perfect atmosphere for a wilderness escape. Last but not least, our screened in porch lets you hide from the elements but still be outside.
