Lux Coastal Retreat & Hot Tub

Our family lives just north of Whidbey Island in the beautiful Skagit Valley. Suzanne and I actually met on Whidbey Island, so it has always held a special place in our hearts.

We enjoy sharing Moran Shores with guests and take pride in providing a clean, comfortable and thoughtfully stocked home. We respect your privacy during your stay, but we are always available if you need help or have questions.

We have always loved Whidbey Island’s beaches, sunsets and connection to the water. When we found this property beside Moran’s Beach, we saw the opportunity to create a special waterfront retreat designed specifically for two.

The north end of the island offers easy access to Deception Pass, Oak Harbor, Anacortes and the surrounding region, but the home itself feels closely connected to the beach and Salish Sea.

We especially love the west-facing views, changing shoreline and dramatic sunsets. We are grateful to share Moran Shores with guests who appreciate this unique setting.

Moran Shores was designed as an intimate waterfront retreat for two. Large windows keep the water in view, while the private hot tub, spacious deck and direct beach access make it easy to enjoy the setting outdoors.

The two-sided electric fireplace can be enjoyed from both the bedroom and living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during cooler weather.

Guests frequently mention the home’s cleanliness, thoughtful design and well-stocked spaces. From the kitchen and bathroom supplies to the outdoor fire bowl, grill and hot tub, our goal is to make it easy to arrive, settle in and enjoy your time together.
