This fantastic retreat enjoys an unbeatable location within a half-mile of the beach and near great attractions, including South Padre Marina, South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, Sea Turtle, Edwin King Atwood Park, Beach Park At Isla Blanca, and Pirate's Landing Fishing Pier.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Wristbands have a cost of $15.00 each. Cash only (replaceable bracelets are $15.00) and must be worn at all times while on the premises as per HOA rules and regulations. They must be paid directly to the Landfall Tower manager using cash, money order, or cashier's check only.
**** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.
