Pet friendly grounds with plenty of grass and dump stations placed around the area. Great views from the balcony and sufficient basic utensils provided in the kitchen. All issues reported to maintenance were addressed quickly and efficiently.

Nice place

Really enjoyed the room and the view! It would have been a 5 star had the ac been working. First night my kids and I were sweating the room marked 82. I called the number provided the following morning and within the hr it was fixed!

Excellent location

We came down to South padre for a vacation. This condo had everything we could need right on the beach. Was pleasantly surprised that they had shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Clean, but ant issues.

Property was very clean. We did have sugar ants all over the counters/floor. One of the other buildings our family also stayed at had this issue.l as well. Any food left out will get ants all over. We just kept everything in the fridge. It was a fun place to stay.

Great stay.

Great place to stay. Short relaxing walk to the beach. Balcony view was amazing. Very clean and guest services helped us out without any issues when we had trouble with our key code for the door and our slow draining tub. This is our second time staying at this location and having booked through vacasa and will more than likely book again.

I reserved the condo for 2 adults 2 dogs and insurance. I got the notification days before the stay was non refundable and only 1 dog could come per the owner. We could not separate from our dogs or 1 of the 2. This was to be our 1st vacation in yrs. They ruined it. We lost money and couldn't go, they stressed us out and scammed us.

Easy access to the beach. Didn’t really care for the globs of tar washed up all over the beach. Otherwise all good.

The view and the outdoor chairs and table. The comfort of everything. They had hair dryer, cook wear, dishes, plenty of tea towels. Might need a few more towels if more than 2 were staying any length of time. I have no complaints everything was great. We hated to leave.

This tool was very clean and had an amazing view. Pools are clean and big. Hot tubs were great. The room has everything you need. Very spacious. Central location near all the to-do’s and restaurants. We would definitely stay in the future.

Vacasa/ Saida 3 condo.

This condo was great, morning sunrise on the balcony and night time sunsets on the rear entry balcony were beautiful. This place has everything 3 pools, 4 hot tubs, pickellball courts, restrooms by the pools, tiki hut for drinks and much more. From 6a to 6p there is always ground keepers cleaning the pools ans pool areas, tending to the plants and landscape,sweeping sand off the board walks to the beach.A very well maintained property. Security is good from the front gate to walking the property, no riff raff going on here. We loved this property so much i already booked it for 2025 and extened my stay from 15 days to 30 days with the help from my Vacasa long term rental specialist Amanda. Check this property out you wont be disappointed.

Loved it!

Can’t beat the beautiful view of the ocean. They have one pool that is heated and it was wonderful to swim at night even though it was cold out and the hot tubs were great. The condo itself was decorated cute, clean, and more than enough room for two people for sure. Wish the access code given to get in and out of the door wasn’t so long of a number but we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back!

Perfect SPI Location

The condo is in a fantastic location-right by the bridge. The easy access to the beach and resort-like amenities were great. The condo itself is a bit dated, but clean and well-appointed. There were no coffee filters, so be sure to bring them!! There are plenty of bath towels for 2. You’ll need beach towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also, the windows are East-facing and do NOT have blackout shades. Bring sleep masks if you plan to sleep in. Trust me on this!!

Great views!

Loved the view from the 11th floor. Easy access to the beach and pools, which we spent a lot of time at. Kitchen was great and we cooked a couple of meals. Loved the setup and how homey and nice it felt. We didn’t want to leave! There was still a decent amount sand on the floors so it felt gross to walk barefoot, but it would be hard to get it all up, so it didn’t bother me too much, just wore my slides in the condo. It would be nice to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. Bring towels! There were only 4 for our family of 4 for 4 nights. Great experience and great stay! I would recommend it.
