Important: This guest suite is attached to and shares a wall with the owner-occupied main house. Guests have their own private entrance, studio room, restroom and deck. There are no shared spaces in this listing.

Ease of access in one of the best neighborhoods in Tucson! Completely private culdesac, with a spacious gravel driveway for you to park in. Connect with several main roads to bring you to downtown, midtown, uptown shopping centers! Nearby many state and local parks to enjoy hiking, biking and outdoor activity. PERFECT location for annual gem show! Stargaze and soak in the beautiful Sonoran Desert and iconic Arizonan sunsets on our private and spacious deck!

This newly renovated unit is your home away from home featuring a kitchenette, dining table, and entertainment area. It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit equipped with a queen bed and couch, suitable for up to 2 people.

Relax after a long day and prepare for a new one in this southwest inspired slice of Tucson! With a comfortable and cozy reading/living room area, equipped with reading lights, throws and wifi enabled TV. Prepare breakfast and snacks in a well equipped kitchenette to get ready to take on the things Tucson has to offer!

Clean and sparkly! The bathroom is a brand new renovation and kept well clean and stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer! Laundry room is available for our guests that stay >1 week upon request.

Enjoy breathtaking views on the spacious, shaded deck. See the Tucson Mountains, Sombrero Peak, Sonoran sunset, desert and night sky!

We are located above a designated Important Riparian Area (Pima Wash) providing critical habitat for Sonoran Desert plant and animal species with whom we share our space with.

★You may encounter some of the species during your stay. As with any wildlife, enjoy the beauty from a safe distance!★

The unit had everything we needed and it was attractive. The location was beautiful! The host was very helpful about the area and very accommodating to our needs. He was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful and cozy

The location is very safe and clean, loved the secluded deck and the view. The clothes rack was super handy snd the kitchenette and bathroom had everything you need. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Fun in Tucson

Perfect little place. Just absolutely adorable. It was clean, comfortable and decorated so well. Great views from the back deck. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome stay.

Loved the location. Loved the view from the deck. Very up-to-date and clean. As a tea drinker, I appreciated the addition of the electric teapot, in addition to the Keurig. The hot chocolate, wide variety of teabags, along with water and snacks was a nice surprise. Instructions for using the tv and signing on to Wi-Fi was very easy to follow.

Well Located Studio in North Tucson

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this newly listed studio apartment in a very central locale in Greater Tucson. I liked using the BRAND NEW bathroom with a mod (think the Jetsons) shower stall. The size of the studio is perfect for one or two people. The sweeping views of the Tortolita Mountains, the ever-changing sunsets, and plenty of monsoon action are highlights of this property and there is a large deck for enjoying the show. The hosts have given detailed ( and accurate) description with photos to locate this property. Our secondary roads follow the natural topography of the desert floor - twists and turns, ups and downs - and this property is on such a road. The property is very well located to explore Tucson. It is central to everything with restaurants, banks, medical facilities close by. The hosts were highly responsive to my questions and requests. I would gladly stay here again.

Tucson local, born and raised Wildcat! I enjoy being outdoors, traveling and learning about different cultures. I love to cook and try new cuisines, and am obsessed with discovering new techniques and recipes.

It has been my greatest pleasure to host travelers from different walks of life! As a fellow traveler, some of my most memorable stays were with kind and caring hosts with pride of their home and city! Inspired by this, I wanted so much to have my own space to share my love of Tucson with others!

I've travelled all over the world but it always brings me such joy to come back home here in Tucson. I surely hope that you will find a piece of happiness in the southwest as I have!
