Beach hideaway @ Pensacola Beach

Only steps from the sugar white sand beach. 5 minute drive (or walk along the beach) to Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and Boardwalk. Upscale, two story unit with unobstructed spectacular views of the Gulf. Two balconies overlooking Gulf from living room and master bedroom. Guest bedroom features a queen bed and bunk bed, with a private shower. Both bedrooms have custom closets, smart TVs and Wifi. Elevator, pool, and 2 covered parking spaces.

Located on Santa Rosa Barrier Island with both Pensacola Bay and the Gulf white sand beach right outside the door. Less than a mile to the famous Peg Leg Peter's restaurant, 2 miles to the main business area including Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier and Boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment. 6 miles to historic Fort Pickens along the beach. Pensacola is home to U.S. Navy Blue Angels. If you do not feel like driving, there is a beach trolley bus stop across the street with free service provided by the Santa Rosa Island Authority. Please check their website for schedule. This place is near surfing, scuba diving, fishing, golf, bicycle/hiking trails, blue angel air show, and year-round Pensacola fests. Fully equipped kitchen, memory foam mattresses, all bed linens, bath & beach towels and chairs. Wonderful sunsets. This unit is comfortable for 6 adults. No pets are allowed in the complex.

The home was cozy and beautifully decorated. We loved being able to have a front row seat to sunrise and sunset on the water from the balconies. Comfy furniture and well stocked kitchen and a shot walk to the beach. We also appreciated the covered parking, and the elevator to bring our bags and groceries up with ease. Marina has thought of it all, we had clean beach towels, comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and all kinds of toys to play in the sand. She was responsive to requests and questions. All instructions for check out and check in were clear and simple.Will definitely keep this home on my favorite list.

We did a last minute stay at this gorgeous condo. The host, Marina, couldn’t be more perfect or accommodating. Check-in was seamless and the elevator made a big difference carrying bags up after a 10-hr drive. Beautiful views of the gulf and beach from the balcony on each floor. Condo is on the 2nd & top floors of complex. Quiet neighborhood especially with the Fort being closed off due to the government shutdown. Complex is meticulously clean and a split level. Entrance is a nice-sized landing with an ascending and descending staircase. Top level is office nook, with an open living, dining, and kitchen. Balcony off the living room. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds with an attached bathroom, stacked LG front-loaders, and a master suite containing a large king bed, a bathroom with the largest shower I’ve ever been in looking out to the beach, and a personal balcony facing the beach & gulf. The owner has an extensive binder for guests detailing the rules of the complex and everything you could ever want or need to know about Pensacola beach. We only stayed 2 perfect nights and definitely left wanting more. The beach is beautiful here and well maintained, at least when we stayed towards the end of October. The host provides a shed full of beach chairs and kids toys(which we didn’t use). There’s a spigot to rinse the sand off your feet right beside your parking space. Also, parking is covered and protected beneath the complex. 5stars!!!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!!!

From the moment we walked into the condo, we knew we had found something special. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. Waking up to the sound of waves and having coffee on the balcony with that breathtaking ocean view was the highlight of each morning.The location was ideal—steps from the sand, close to restaurants and shops, yet still peaceful and private. The host were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel at home. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore, or just soak up the sun, this beach condo is an absolute gem. We would 100% rent this condo again!!!

Great vacation

Everything went well. Wish there was better lighting on the downstairs bedroom with the bunkbeds and better water pressure but overall everything was fantastic!

Short visit but great stay

We were there for our daughters wedding and had our grandson for the weekend. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The views were unobstructed and very easy access to beach, pool and bay.

This condo is beautiful! It is exactly as shown online. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. She was very responsive, friendly and helpful. This is the 3rd time that we have stayed in the Palm Beach Club complex and we will be visiting again!! Hopefully in this same condo!Already looking forward to our next Palm Beach Club vacation!

Overall good, but had some undisclosed problems.

Everything was very clean and decorated well. Location was great, not very crowded. Short walk across the road to a beach access and picnic tables. Beds were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. Cups, plates, pans, etc were provided. What she doesn’t tell you: you have to wash and fold towels before you leave, take out the trash across the parking lot, and do the dishes. The dishes don’t bother me and I would understand gathering all the trash into one bag, but washing and folding towels and taking trash across the lot (from the 2nd floor) is kind of ridiculous when you hire a cleaner. I would’ve even been okay with starting a load of laundry. The dryer doesn’t work very well so the load had to go through twice, putting us behind in the morning (started them the night before hoping to just fold them in the morning then leave, but had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the dryer to be done). The parking spots are VERY small, so make sure you don’t bring a wide vehicle. Unable to access the pool (could’ve been user error), but there was a magnetic lock on it, which we did not have a key to and there were no instructions about it in the welcome book she provided. The balcony door in the master bedroom is extremely difficult to lock, and I couldn’t get it to work past the first day. There was maintenance going on (not my complaint) and there was a man on the balcony when I woke up. And I had an unlocked balcony door and see through curtains…

Overall, we had a really nice stay at the condo! The view was amazing! Location was wonderful - 2 minute walk and your feet are in the sand! Hostess was also amazing and very responsive to messages! Thanks! Would stay again!

The Perfect Place

Me and my husband wanted an anniversary weekend. This was PERFECT! Very clean, gorgeous place and everything you need. Perfect spot between the bay and the beach, a couple of feet out the door either way. Marina was very quick to respond, even letting us know we could check in a little early if we wanted. Our stay was wonderful! We will be coming back for sure when it warms up with our paddle boards!!!
