This newly renovated waterfront 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo will surely accommodate all of your needs. You will be met with a breathtaking view of the sound with access to a balcony as you walk in.

Wonderful quiet retreat

Great time!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Conveniently located and had everything we need. Sonia was quick to respond with any questions we had. Could use some wine glasses but otherwise well stocked kitchen!

Nice place for stay with family!

We had a great time here with family! Very clean, well maintained, well stocked property and beautifully done up too. Walkable to beach access across the street and we were able to watch the sunset from an access point behind the property too.

Great space!

Clean property, fun design, communicative owner, perfect location within the complex! Better view of the water than other properties we’ve stayed in at Santa Rosa Dunes. Great pick!

Excellent

The property is excellent and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and we took advantage of the free trolley stops right at the end of the driveways. The property manager was so nice and kept in great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Much needed

My best friend and I drove 8.5 hours with FOUR children to this amazing condo! When we walked in, all the kids freaked and said they would do that ride again and again for this place! The BEST location and very clean and so nice! We had the best time!! Much needed vacation with the kiddos!

Nice mini vaca

The condo was nice and we enjoyed the pier access for fishing and the pool was also good All was good except having to go up and down the stairs Next time I’ll get one on the ground floor

Beautiful place

Very nicely kept. We were on the go so didn't spend much time at the home but would have liked to. Our only complaint was finding all the towels and washcloths in the dryer on our last day. We wondered why there weren't more in the bathrooms. Very nice place and would stay again.

Spring Break Vacation

We had a great time! Property was just like description. Easy access to dock on bayside for fishing. Easy access to beach. You can walk or drive across the street. Plenty of parking at beach. Peg leg Pete’s restaurant is a five minute walk along with a confidence store. Unit is on the second level of this building. Just be aware that you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to unit. Wasn’t a problem for though. Great communication with property manager. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful condo with a nice view

We had a fabulous time at the Santa Rosa Dunes in Pensacola, FL. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, public pavilions, parks, and best of all, to the beautiful simi-private beach! Each room is decorated with a beach theme and so very inviting. My son-in - law said he would like to decorate their home in the same beautiful sand colored tones. The living area is larger than average and plenty spacious. The living/dining room leads out to the balcony, where one may relax and observe the bay while sitting in comfortable Adirondack deck chairs. The kitchen is adequate with all of the amenities! We enjoyed cooking some of our meals there! The bedrooms are very spacious. The off white color scheme with a nautical theme, is so soothing and relaxing. The shower in the master bath is gorgeous and very large. Everything is clean and brand new, including the baths. The white towels and sheets, are brand new. The king sized bed has an extra firm mattress, which is great for tired backs! The queen sized bed in the second bedroom is also comfortable. The two teenaged boys were very excited about sleeping in the bunk beds. The bunk beds are tucked to one side of the large room in the second bedroom. The boys spent many hours there when they weren’t at the gorgeous white, white sandy beach! We will definitely return to the Emerald Coast and to the Santa Rosa Dunes in the future! Thank you for helping to make our Florida vacation a beautiful memory! ❤️🌸🏝🌴🏖⚓️🛳⛱☀️❤️

Great summer vacation stay for out family!!

We had a great stay for our family of 5. Clean and updated 2 level apartment. Large great room with updated kitchen, dining area and living room. Kitchen fairly well appointed with basic cooking utensils. One room for the kids with their own bathroom and a great master for mom and dad. Convenient location west of Pensacola Beach with a short drive or trolley ride to restaurants/shops/activities. Awesome pool facilities. Short drive to great beaches with good facilities. Awesome view off the balcony of the bay. Host was very responsive. Great stay. We would definitely consider staying again!!
