Newly-remodeled 2 BR/2BA gem, located in Bozeman's historic district, a 6 min walk from downtown and an 8 min walk to Wild Crumb Bakery, Treeline Coffee, and Mountains Walking Brewery.
Guests have their own private entrance and their own dedicated onsite parking spot w Level 2 EV Charger.
Highly flexible space gives options for anywhere from 1 to 4 guests to spread out. Great space to relax after a day at Bridger or Big Sky. Loft bedroom also functions well as a workspace.
High speed wifi. Free onsite parking. A/C.

Flexible 3 levels gives two traveling friends or two couples some space:
+ Ground level: master bathroom, brand new bathroom, W/D
+ Main level (middle floor): brand-new kitchen, brand-new bathroom, W/D, living rm.
+ Loft level (3rd floor): bedroom or office
+ Inquire about an additional add-on 1 BR/1 BA on the property
This 2 BR/2 BA space is the back half of a duplex.
Additional insulation was added for noise mitigation between the front and back spaces of the duplex, but occasionally, some muffled noise can be heard such as building pipes.
Owner lives on the property and is available if you need anything; otherwise she will respect your privacy and give you space.
