There are 4 Belmar Seasonal Beach badges that come with your Booking , " please return them"
There is a $ 85.00 FEE for lost Beach Badges & $ 5.00 FEE for lost KEYS. Children 13 and under have FREE access to all the local beaches.
There are also 6 Beach chairs available for your use .
All The surrounding Beaches are incredible. Belmar, Bradley, Asbury Park, Ocean Grove,Spring Lake , Point Pleasant are within minutes . Plenty of small shops & Big box shopping near by !!
Enjoy a Fun and friendly environment accessible to all the shore points.
We are conveniently located 2 blocks to the Bus stop,
" on Main Street & 2 blocks from the local Train station "
on 16Th Ave ".
The Gated back yard with patio has a BBQ seasonally where you can enjoy privacy & sun during your stay. From 5/01/to 10/01
The Patio furniture comfortably accommodates 6 guests.
There is a STRICT 10 PM noise ordinance !!
Please, we love to host all kinds of travelers, however
No loud parties, NO subletting,
NO pets,
No smoking in the house,
there is a ash can/container on the side of the house.

The Serenity guest house was perfect for our family of 5.The hosts were friendly and responsive. The home is as pictured in the listing and is very well maintained with some nice upgrades and the extra amenities were a pleasant surprise (coffee pods, filters etc in the kitchen and soaps and lots of towels in the bathroom and hangers in the closets). The beds were very comfortable with nice quality linens and the rooms each had a good sized closet. We were there for Christmas with family that live in the area. The house was centrally located to all the places we needed to go. The highway is easily accessible and there is lots of shopping near by (grocery, boutiques and big box, outlet mall) We didn’t use the outdoor area but it looked nice. We hope to stay again next year.Thank you A&P

Perfect Belmar stay!

We had a great experience staying at Peter's home. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a nice outdoor patio. He was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay - very clean and well furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils etc. Our sons enjoyed the big screen tv. Spent two of the days on the beach-having the beach chairs available was a plus. Might consider adding a few beach towels for guests?

Nice reasonable place.

Nicely laid out, perfectly supplied and clean place. Fairly close to beach and shopping. It was fun for the kids to watch the trains go by the back yard. Parking is for 2 smaller cars but adequate street space on the side street. Overall, very pleasant. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great gem in Lake Como!

We were supposed to stay in the downstairs apartment but were upgraded to the 2nd floor, which was amazing. The game room and tv lounge was one of the best we have seen. Look forward to staying there again!

Great house in Lake Como!

This house was great for our needs. We were in town for a family wedding. The hosts always communicated promptly from first inquiring about the house to the last day. The house was clean and cool and supplied dishes, towels, beach chairs and badges and lots of ice! Great stay and we would love to come back.

Great weekend in Belmar!

Great accommodations within walking distance to all the bars and restaurants in town. Joe’s, the Brewery, Bar A, the Boathouse all right there!!

Exceptionally clean unit on the first floor; lots of space for everything, including food our family. We enjoyed it; it is located right next to the train passing by but it is only making train noises during the day and the latest till 11pm so it is not disturbing at night. We had an issue with the dryer and the owner responded right the way; ordered a technician to come in and fixed the problem in less than few hours. We loved everything!

Short Stay

We were visiting the area for a family wedding, it was a perfect location for us. Everything we needed was local enough the property itself was more than big enough for the two of us and had everything we needed.

Great location

Loved this place. Very clean and had all the toiletries, towels and kitchen/cooking supplies needed. The walk ability to the beach, food and random places was great. We have never been to the area and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

i love this neighborhood because of its accessibility to all points of interest also proximity to the main street & of course the beach.
The house is accessible from many different highways and directions .
Rt 71 , Rt 195 , Rt 138 , GSP , & RT 35 -
We love all four seasons here, the Summers & Fall are our favorites.
