Close to great hiking trails and Malibu Beach is only 25 minutes away. Come enjoy fruit and the fun at The Orchard House. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home. Note: Heated pool accommodation is $100-$75 a day.

Amazing

This place was absolutely wonderful! Perfect for our siblings and family to relax. Todd was a wonderful host, and easy to reach. Definitely going to be my go to house while in Thousand Oaks.

Book it!! This house is even better in person. The home is spacious and well appointed, with plenty of beautiful space inside and out. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the neighborhood is a close drive to shops and restaurants. We will definitely book again next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful experience at the Orchard House. The house and all the outdoor areas were fantastic and well suited for our family trip with four generations represented. We hope to come back. Host was excellent. We were extremely pleased with the prompt service and communication.

Property was beautiful! Plenty of fun things to do without leaving! We really enjoyed watching the Dodger games together on the back patio! Pool was great and kitchen was nice and large for family feasts! Wonderful memories were made!

Relaxing family trip

We traveled from Pennsylvania for a family wedding. This was a fantastic property for our family! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked several meals during our 10 day stay. Grandma even made 2 cakes and chocolate chip cookies without any issues. Beautiful outdoor areas which we enjoyed. Pool was great because it was in the 90s during our stay. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

This tranquil residential neighborhood feels like a country retreat, with its abundant old-growth trees and absence of streetlights or sidewalks, offering serenity and peace. Despite this, it is conveniently close to excellent restaurants, retail options, golf courses, and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Additionally, it is only a few miles from Malibu Beach, a Presidential Library, and the vibrant nightlife of Hollywood and Los Angeles.

The Orchard House offers a variety of attractions for all. It boasts a serene hilltop location with a lush fruit orchard that includes avocados, oranges, limes, and more. The property also features a stunning pool and jacuzzi area complete with lounge chairs on the sundeck and a fire pit for evening relaxation. Additionally, there's a bocce ball court, a mini-golf putting green, and a treehouse for children. The residence contains two separate Master Bedroom Suites situated at each end of the estate, providing perfect accommodations for two families or those seeking peaceful solitude. Guests are invited to take advantage of the delightful California climate by cooking outdoors or dining at the spacious family farmhouse tables, all set under enchanting bistro lights in the backyard.
