Great Family Vacation Spot!

Very large, comfortable and clean condo with a wonderfully big back deck. Fantastic location to all restaurants, shops, outdoor activities of the North Conway area. We very much enjoyed our stay!!!

Absolutely the best place we’ve ever stayed at we have been going to nh since our girls were little and by far this is the nicest place we have ever stayed we have found our go to place in the mountains for all of our vacations cannot thank you enough place was great

We love staying here. So close to Storyland, shopping and hikes! Kids love the pool and riding bikes to river. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Beautiful home and very close to Cranmore and North Conway!

We had a great stay. The house was very cozy and had lots of games, puzzles and a bonus ping pong table in the finished basement. We had a great stay over New Years and we hope to visit again!

Great location

Located at the back of the neighborhood, it felt very private. The house was extremely well stocked, and my 5 and 6 year olds had a blast with the toys provided.

What a great vacation!

This is our second year staying here and hopefully many more to come. The house is beautiful and very clean. Coffee in the morning on the deck was a great way to start our day. Plenty or room for everyone. Can't wait for next year.

Second visit

We had a great stay! Lots to do with our 3, 5 and 9 year old- the house is very clean and roomy, so everyone had lots of space. The kids love riding their bikes in the long driveway and up to the pool.

Favorite Rental

This was our third time staying at this beautiful property. The house is absolutely spotless with plenty of room for the entire family. Our kids enjoy riding their bikes throught the quiet neighborhood and the pool. We love that there is plenty of space for everyone! We hope to be back again next summer!

Great Place / Great Location

This place is bigger than it looks in the pictures and is in such a perfect location, just north of N. Conway. Brad's communication was extremely helpful, timely and completely honest. He had alerted us to noise resulting from nearby construction ahead of time, which was much appreciated, although not an issue. We would absolutely stay there again, as the location to hiking, skiing and restaurants is perfect. The location eliminates all of the N. Conway traffic when heading into the mountains.

Stay Here

This rental was clean and located in a quiet location very close to Storyland, Living Shores and North Conway. Easy to get to, plenty of beds and a great host. Brad was easy to contact and attaining entry to his place was done in a snap. One of our favorite things were the games, puzzles, toys and books. The only drawback was the third floor bedroom was hot, and while Brad provided fans, it captured all the heat of the day. The pool, playground and trash house were benefits that we enjoyed. I give this rental an A.

Excellent stay in winter

We had an excellent time at Brad's property. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant and were very comfortable in the townhouse. Brad provided an excellent instruction sheet that provided all of the information needed. I didn't read it thoroughly and missed some important information, but he responding very quickly and politely to my questions. There were plenty of linens, towels, cooking equipment and even some condiments for use. We spent two days skiing at Cranmore which is only about 10 min drive from the property. The expansive mudroom with plenty of hooks in the front of the house was perfect for all of us to store our ski gear and clothes. Overall we had a great stay in Intervale. I would highly recommend staying here for a winter vacation in the area.

Perfect stay

This is a wonderful property. It is spacious and completely equipped. Clean and cozy. Here with friends and family, we never needed to leave but so close to the skiing, cross country and shopping. Our questions were immediately answered by our manager. We hope to come back soon!!!

Beautiful House

We had a great week at this beautiful home. It is incredibly clean and easily accommodated our family of 5. There are plenty of games for the kids and we made great use of the pool. Also the house has a long driveway so the kids could go out and ride bikes without us worrying. We hope to come back again!

NH relaxation

We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious and clean. The owners were super helpful and extremely responsive. Tons to do in the area, and a short drive away. The house had a bunch of games and little kids toys too. It’s a great location, in a private community.

Great property, Great Location

This property was super clean and the owners were very responsive to any questions that we had during our stay. The townhouse was plenty big for our family of 5 to spread out. The kids loved the selection of games, puzzles and ping pong table. I loved that we had everything we needed for our stay plus we were close to many attractions. We went on a sleigh ride at Nestlenook, snow tubing at King Pine, Cross country skiing and hiking at Champney falls. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location great home

Property was clean and a nice quiet location. Couple of miles to North Conway village and just off 302 for easy access to Mt Washington, jackson and Glen area.

Perfect Fall Getaway

This free standing townhouse had everything needed for a fall weekend getaway. We stayed with two families and there was plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked and house was clean upon arrival. The long driveway and cul de sac were great for the kids to scooter. The back deck had a fire pit perfect for a cold fall night. The private back yard that abuts to the woods was perfect for the kids to run around and explore. Trash disposal within the townhouse complex was an added perk!
