Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom family home that offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Step inside and discover a spacious living area adorned with natural light, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for quality family time. Adjacent to the main living space, you'll find a gourmet kitchen and french doors leading to the outdoor seating area with a beautiful garden. Nestled by the apple tree is a yoga and meditation room, designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul in a serene environment. The well-appointed bedrooms provide ample space for rest and relaxation, while the master suite boasts a private ensuite bathroom, rain shower and jacuzzi for added serenity at the end of a travelling day. This home is an ideal haven for families seeking a harmonious balance between comfort, personal well-being, and outdoor enjoyment. There is basement that is excluded and can be occupied by other guests. However house and basement have no shared space and have separate entrances. Basement also has no access to backyard, yoga studio & garage.

We will be back! The house was very inviting and clean. There were waters and chocolates in the master upon arrival and coffee pods for us to use. These little things make such a huge impact. Thanks for the hospitality.

Convenient location

The floor plan of the kitchen main room is comfortable. Unfortunately, the kitchen table is a bit unstable and would creak anytime you did something that made it move. Probably needs to be replaced. The backyard is a nice size and dog friendly. We had to move the outdoor seating area away from the plants it was up against because they attracted bees. The two beds we used were comfortable. We did not use the twin beds so I cannot comment on them.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood in Beaverton. Easy check in and out. The master bathroom is huge and the kitchen is fully stocked.

Comfortable stay

My family of 5 were very comfortable with the space and the location was convenient as well. If you have a dog, it appears that this home has everything you’ll need including beds and feeding bowls. The space was also clean as well. Would recommend.

Great location to Providence Park for concert

Very clean property and pet friendly!!! Would stay here again in the future. Took an Uber to the park for a concert.

Family Time

This property has a beautiful master bedroom with attached elegant bath area. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable here. House layout was great, some of us able to play games in the evening while others slept without being disturbed. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing, clean, comfortable

The place is clean, has all the amenities in the kitchen. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe. Room for 4 adults and dog to spread out. Loved the Keurig pods and dog treats. Didn’t notice the occupant downstairs at all. Would have liked more towels- like 2 bath , 1 hand, and 2 wash cloths per person minimum. we stayed only 2 days so didn’t have to do laundry. Check out is super easy! No stripping beds or taking out the trash.

I brought my team to a convention nearby and we loved everything about this home. I messed up the reservation and the site went down at the same time and Vlad was incredible at getting us all squared away regardless. Thank you to him and his team!

Great for Families

We were very happy with the modern layout and the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The home was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well. The kids enjoyed playing outside in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. The owner responded quickly to our requests and the check out was very easy. We will definitely stay here again when we visit family again.

Ideal Beaverton facility

Selected because near to downtown Beaverton. Nice neighborhood. All amenities needed. We did take way for most meals, and just enjoyed being together in this nice space. All needed supplies plus lots of sparkling water. Responsive host.

Beware Noise from Downstairs Tenant

The current description of the home indicates there is a tenant in the lower section of the home. I don't believe that was there when I booked the home. The tenant became a problem when I was awakened by the loud noises she made when, according to the owner of the home, she came home from work at 2a. The noise appeared to be a loud television and /or conversation. To be fair to the owner, they didn't answer the call I made to them at 2:30a in the morning, but they did respond right away to the message I left on the VRBO site and indicated they had reached out to the tenant. The tenant was quite after 3a, however I wasn't able to get back to sleep until after 4a and was unhappy about the disruption. I requested a refund and tried to negotiate this with the owner who was unsympathetic, and began to make false allegations. I contacted VRBO and filed a complaint not only about the noise, but about the communications from the host who was making false allegations about us checking in early and parking in the garage, as well as strangely pointing out our enjoyment of the home by way of mentioning the meals we had, the wine we had consumed, and that we had "enjoyed both shower rooms including overhead rain shower in the master bath". This caused me to have concerns about cameras in the home. We did see there were cameras outside the home that were not disclosed in the listing. This would have been a good stay if not for the tenant and owners response.

Cozy and comfortable

Convenient location, comfortable bed, although I had a desk in the room I enjoyed working in the kitchen on the island and watching the squirrels. We would definitely stay again.

It might have been perfect

Unfortunately the first night the AC stopped working. Vladimir was very responsive and provided us with a portable ac unit. It was not strong enough to cool the house as it was 110 degrees outside. An HVAC service should have been dispatched immediately and fixed the issue as we were there for just 3 days.
