The host was extremely welcoming and very responsive. The place was beautiful and better than described. All the amenities were available and the instructions were very clear. Me and my family had a great time and we are looking forward to staying again later this year

We had a wonderful stay in the Poconos. It’s in a great quiet community that sits right on Boulder Lake. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The owner, Jackie was very responsive and answered all of our needs and assisted us with everything. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the big Boulder tavern for drinks and meals. My kids had a great time skiing and snowboarding on the mountains. We look forward to our next day in the Poconos. Thank you The Andrey Fanily

Great place and location! Very clean and had access to the pool and beach club. Kids rented paddle boards and had a great time and we enjoyed sitting on the patio relaxing.

Location was great! Walking distance to so many things. Condo was perfect. Has every you need and just a great setup. Love that it’s on the bottom floor and you can walk right out to the lake and see big boulder!

Great Place to stay.

We loved this place so much were coming back, we stayed last summer (2014) and it was the best condo we have stayed at, it was clean, and everything we needed was there, beautiful view of lake and close to pool and mountain Lake. Nice stay for our family

This was a nice property that suited our needs. I did have to run the dishwasher when we got there but other than that things were fine. Jackie was very responsive when we had some questions and it was very nice to meet her at the end of our stay.

Great location and community!

This condo has the perfect location - look out the patio door for a great view of the lake. Take a few steps and you are at the community pool. We took advantage of the included beach club access to go paddle boarding on the lake. The community was quiet and clean with friendly residents and had a great waterfront restaurant within walking distance. The condo itself was clean, neat and well stocked. Linens, towels and kitchen items were all there. Thank you for a great few days away.

Midlake rentals are hard to beat

This is my second time spending time in the summer at Midlake on Big Boulder Lake. The location cannot be beat-steps away from the pool and a 15 min walk from the club where you can rent all sorts of kayaks, paddle boards, etc to make lake life even more fun. The best feature is probably sitting on the deck while sharing a meal or our morning coffee. One important note: this rental did NOT come with beach towels, which we really missed. I would highly recommend bringing that, dish soap, dishwasher detergent plus any of your shower needs. We had most of this-but not the beach towels. Great week away!

Very nice well furnished condo

The condo met all our expectations and needs, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen although we only utilized the stove to make breakfast in the morning. We were four persons and the unit was more than comfortable for all of us. The dehumidifier in the entry-way came in handy given the weather during our stay. Unfortunately our timing was terrible, it started to rain when we arrived and it did not stop for the three nights we were there. In addition the temperatures fell from mid-90's just the day before we arrived to the 50's-60's during our stay so we could not enjoy the lake at all given the rain and cool temps. Hopefully we can go back another time when the weather is cooperating

This property is located in the perfect spot! It’s lakefront, so the views are beautiful. It’s also just steps away from the pool, and it offers easy access to the club amenities. However, the condo itself leaves a lot to be desired. The bedrooms and bathrooms were primarily clean, but the kitchen was a mess. Nothing had been wiped down, and there were crumbs all over the table with dried food on the placemats. There was also dried food smeared on the fridge, as well as crumbs and dried food on the counters and stove. The floors had not been swept or cleaned. This is a bottom level condo, so it is a bit basement-like. It is very dark and musty smelling. The lighting is poor, as well. My daughter has so many allergies, so this place really wreaked havoc on them. There were cobwebs here and there, and much of the decor was dusty. The furniture was covered in blankets and an old gray couch cover, and the gorgeous ottoman in the middle of the living room floor had plastic on it. There was really nothing welcoming about this place. I have never written a bad review in my life, and we’ve stayed at a lot of places. But this place was very disappointing and not what one would expect to experience for a vacation getaway.

Fall Getaway

The condo was perfect for a peaceful getaway. It was a bit dated but was nice and cozy. It was very stocked. Loved that we could walk from the patio straight out to the lake. Wished we could have gone fishing, but signs were posted prohibiting it. Jackie was a great host and very responsive. Would like to visit again during warmer weather.

Great location on Lake Harmony

This property was as close to Lake Harmony as it gets. The kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be recently renovated with new wall to wall carpet in the main area. Nice appliances. The King mattress was very comfortable. Perhaps the linens could be updated. Not a problem as we brought our own. TV and internet was a nice bonus. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

Great location!

My husband and I went away for a quick weekend without the kids and had a great time. The condo was clean and fresh linens were provided which was a nice touch! Waking up to the view of lake every morning was my favorite part. Every day we walked right out the patio to sit by the lake and watch the boats drive by. Close to the town and restaurants - within 5-8 min drive. Jackie was a great host and we will be back! Thank you!!

Pocono’s vacation

We enjoyed staying at Jackie’s place for few days during Labor Day weekend. Clean, spacious and well equipped condo. Loved the small patio facing the lake. Additional plus was ability to use Boulder Lake Club amenities - swimming pool, boat rentals and nice restaurant.

Great location!

Property was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Property is directly near the pool (though it's closed for COVID this year, it's great for future years) and it wasn't too far from the lake and pool at Boulder Lake Club. We had an excellent time swimming and enjoying the lake.

Nice getaway

The apartment had everything that we needed for our 4 night stay. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed the lake and the beach. The nearby pool was closed for some reason. Jackie was pleasant to interact with and answered all my questions. Thank you for a great little getaway :)

A very nice stay

We stayed here for 2 nights. Kids are very happy swimming in the lake/pool. Lots of trails nearby. There are some baby toys in the condo, but my kids are not little anymore. Wish there are some board games for them, but they are content with their tablets. Check-in is very easy.

I love the town that my condo is in. I bought the condo because Ive always wanted a place on the water. The view of the lake is simply beautiful. This area really makes you feel like you're on vacation!

I love the view of the lake from my living room. I also love the fact that the beautiful refreshing pool and jacuzzi is just steps away. At night time I enjoy peaceful nights just sitting outside on the patio. In the winter I can see the ski slopes all lit up from the right of my patio. I know you will enjoy your stay.
