• No third-party bookings allowed. ID may be requested to verify compliance.
• Children are welcome with adult supervision, but please note this home is not child-proofed (no baby gates, outlet covers, etc.).
👥 Occupancy & Conduct
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• No parties or gatherings of more than 5 people.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10pm–7am as required by city ordinance. We use discreet noise sensors to help ensure compliance.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping
• This is a 100% smoke-free property, indoors and out.
• A $500 cleaning fee applies for any violations, plus the cost of damages.
🐾 Pets
• Sorry, no pets allowed. A $500 fee plus damage costs will apply if violated.
🚗 Parking
• Max 2 vehicles in the private driveway.
• No street or grass parking, per local rules.
🛋️ Home Care
• Please do not move furniture or décor.
• Tidy up before departure—cleaning supplies provided.
• Do not tamper with internet, cameras, or safety equipment (e.g. smoke/noise detectors).

• The dock and water access at the end of the street are private. Please do not enter or park near this area.
