サウスシーアイランドリゾートのゲート内にあるこの個人所有の休暇用コンドミニアムで、スクリーン付きベランダからメキシコ湾の素晴らしい景色を眺めましょう！ このきれいに更新された2ベッドルーム/ 2バスルームのバケーションコンドミニアムは、余分な窓とたくさんの光があるエンドユニットです。 ビーチと、キャプティバが提供するすべての野生動物の景色をお楽しみいただけます。 リビング、ダイニング、キッチンエリアはオープンコンセプトで、全体に木製のタイル張りの床と花崗岩のカウンタートップがあります。 設備の整ったキッチンには、Keurigコーヒーメーカーもあります。 マスター専用バスルームには浴槽とシャワーの組み合わせがあり、ゲスト用ベッドルームのすぐ外側に別のバス���ームがあります。

Beautiful location

South Seas is a beautiful and relaxing place to get away from it all. The unit was clean but did could use some updating of the living room furnishings (slip cover on chair, very wobbly coffee table, could use some more seating). Both of the bathrooms had very loose bathtub faucets that could use some attention. I would also recommend some sand toys for kids to use while vacationing. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a great addition. All in all a great stay.

Captiva is a gem.

Great spot in South Seas! A few hiccups with a broken faucet and no working coffee maker, but Royal Shell was quick to remedy. Overall, we thought the condo was nice, but the ripped couch really needs replaced, and the master mattress/pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable. Those should definitely be replaced!

Lovely holiday

Our family rented this south seas condo for one week around New Year’s Eve. The unit had a lovely view and was close to the pool and beach. The only problem were ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. We did call maintenance who sprayed and brought ant traps which controlled the problem. Other than that issue, the condo was clean and well maintained and the resort a great location for a family holiday!

Spring break, gorgeous beach, modest condo

Location, view, access to beach and pools was easy. Condo had basic stuff we needed . Small bedrooms and bathrooms. Wish there would have been an option to pay for South seas resort beach chairs but was not allowed. We used chairs and cooler provided in unit. Ice maker worked well! No plastic cups or tumblers for beach provided. Need to bring your own.

Family Vacation

This was a first for our family of four and we basically drew the location out of a hat. The entire thing, beginning to end, was incredible. Royal Shell staff was courteous and friendly. We had one issue with our door lock (*nearly* impossible to open) but they were out the next day to fix it. The condo was super clean (didn’t see one insect), spacious for us 4 and had nice updates. The bed in the master was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave. Great access to pool, beach, laundry and grills. Beach equipment (chairs and umbrella) were a plus. We had so much fun in our “Florida home”.

Love Captiva

Beautiful property but if you do not book through South Seas directly you are unable to access some of their onsite amenities such as golf, beach bar, etc. This unit has beautiful views and access to the beach. Beach chairs, shell shovel and towels are available through the unit.

Perfection

First of all, if you have not ever been to Captiva, get there! It is a magical island that takes you far from your typical Florida vacation! The beach is practically your own and the sunsets are breathtaking right from your back yard! The home is set up perfectly for large families or groups in that each bedroom has its own full bath. It is comfortable and tastefully decorated and has everything you need! Would DEFINITELY recommend and rent again and again. Owners very hands on and got right back to us with any questions we had as well - really a helpful plus! Not one complaint - rent away with confidence and ENJOY!!

The unit was almost perfect!

The unit was fully equipped and included beach chairs and umbrellas, on the beach, by the pool. Plenty of towels provided including beach towels. Only problem was lots of little bugs in the unit and a shower curtain liner that was covered with pink mold. Would stay here again but those issues need to be addressed!

The Master Bedroom was like sleeping in a rainforest every night! It was the right combination .

We had such a wonderful experience during our stay. We loved our Villa It was right on the ocean, beach front and beautiful! The view from the villa was wonderful as well. We could see the pool too, everything was handy. We would definitely chose this villa again. We both got so much badly needed ,rest :) We ate well! Key Lime Bistro , was our favorite for Key Lime Pie and was awarded #1 Key Lime Pie. Enjoyed The Mucky Duck! Captiva, you win again! Still picking you over Maui ! The central unil/ Air conditioning was the bomb! When it came on in the Master Bd only then did we here the rain experience. It put me to sleep every night in a wonderful way!

Perfect Villa and Perfect Beach

We had a great trip to Captiva-Perfect location and the Renovations were very nicely done. We had a very relaxing week and really enjoyed the proximity to many fantastic restaurants.
