The place is conveniently located close to downtown Austin, Zilker park and Town lake (app. 9 mil), 13 mil to airport. Close to the famous Salk Lick BBQ, Jester King Brewery and Lady Bird Wild Flower Center

Once entering the living room, guests will see a gorgeous sofa with fluffy throw pillows along with a 75 inch TV that comes with complimentary Disney+ for you to enjoy. The sofa can be pulled out to form a queen-sized sleeping area.

The dining area has plenty of room to seat up to 8 people. The kitchen has all the appliances including fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. It is also equipped with all the cooking needs: pots, pans, utensils, salt/pepper and cooking oil/spray. Our coffee machine is K-cup compatible. Locally roasted ground coffee is provided and guests are welcome to bring their own favorite K-cups.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. All have down comforters, premium cotton beddings, luggage racks. The king bedroom has private bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. Guests can find a white noise machine, pack&play and children's books and board games in the king bedroom/closet.

Brand new washer and dryer are located in the garage area free for guests to use. Free parking outside of the house.

The outdoor living area is furnished with a seating set and a pool table. The backyard is 0.5 acre.

This is an entire home in a duplex. There are 2 steps leading to the front door.

The place is close to everything including Target and Walmart within 5 min drive. Costco, Whole Food, Sunset Valley Shopping Center and Barton Creek Mall are all nearby. NXP, AMD, Baylor S&W Oak Hill Hospital, Seton Southwest Hospital and St. David's South Hospital are also within 10 min drive.

Guest has access to the entire house including the entire garage and backyard, the only exception is a locked pantry closet where we keep all of our supplies, a locked backyard tool shed and the hot tub that is not in service.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to highway US-290.

Right off Highway 71 and Southwest Parkway, attached one car garage and drive way can accommodate two vehicles in tandem. Plenty of street parking as well.
