About this space
Enjoy a charming, stylish experience at this centrally-located MCM duplex blocks from the light rail and two lovely urban lakes; Lakes Hiawatha and Nokomis. Lovely space with all the amenitie to in a compact, efficient home. Hardwood floors, SS appliances including a dishwasher, central air, off street parking, and pet friendly. Blocks to Lakes Hiawatha and Nokomis; family and pet friendly. Perfect for extended stay travelers; 30 DAY MINIMUM STAY required.

This is a lovely little double bungalow built in the 1950's that retains all it's historical charm. The kitchen's been updated with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The unit has central AC and a dedicated washer and dryer is in the basement. There's a single garage stall in the back for off street parking. The property is conveniently located blocks from the light rail and within a half a mile of two urban lakes; Lake Nokomis and Hiawatha.
Guest access
All door are secured with cyber locks to allow easy self service access.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed by require a $300 non refundable pet fee and diligent clean up of pet waste.
