Marvelous location for this facility. Incredibly comfortable, clean, and efficient. Could not have asked for a better location and a nicer place to ring in the New Year.

Very clean, and well stocked supplys to last the entire stay. Neighborhood was calm, quiet, and felt safe. Could see the firework show from rental. Pool had lights for night use. Very short distance walk to beach acess. Overall a great stay.

Perfect Beach Stay

Everything was clean & organized. Access to the property was easy check in. All anemities needed are provided & the pool was a nice addition. Super close to the beach access #16- 3-4 minute walk! Great experience, will be back in the future.

Good stay

It was a good first-floor place to stay with someone who has to use a walker. The half bath was a plus with the size of the group. Unfortunately, the people on the top floor had too many in and out and a child who ran all day! The fight they had at night was not nice.

Awesome Stay

The accommodations were awesome. Very nice and clean. We where close to both the beach and the main drag of SPI. The condo had everything we needed.Could have use better steak knives but we got by fine with what was hear. All in all I would do it again and recommend to my friends!!!

We enjoyed our time at the property! It was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was great.

The process for renting was easy. This property did require a deposit, but I appreciate that it was pet friendly! The property is in a great location and the listing is accurate. My family enjoyed our stay.

The home was in good repair and clean. The few times we did have questions or concerns Roberto was quick to respond and take care of the problem I would certainly go to Roberto again if we go to S. Padre Island

Awesome place to recharge!

Weeks of hard work pays off with a much needed vacation at an amazing location. Totally loved the place, great location. Size of house was just right for our needs. Pool and back area was a great place to unwind after a busy day at the beach.

Good condo on SPI

The space was Perfect for 5 people and two small dogs. The pool is small but cute. Location was close to beach and walking distance to small park to play basketball. Thank you!!!

Casa Malbec 10/8-10/11/2016

We booked Casa Malbec for a family occasion. My three adult sons and I wanted to get together like we did when they were young. We played golf, fished, swam and did all the SPI things in the time we had. The accomatitions at Casa Malbec Unit C were just perfect for four men. We had plenty of space, the two bathrooms were nice. We utilized the pool area and bbq grill extensively. I would recommend for anyone interested in a trip to South Padre Island. I am definately going to keep the information for a trip in the future.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Malbec Unit C. It was a great location and central to both the north and south side of the island activities. Having the beach & restaurants within walking distance is a plus. The house was clean and simple. The manager (Roberto) was very friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

All in all it was good. However, I would recommend upgrading the pillows and bed linens...the pillows were very stiff and some are made out of plastic so we had a difficult keeping the pillow cases on them and the sheets were really rough. There also weren't enough trash bags for the kitchen and the pool could of used some cleaning. Everything else was good.

Amazing! Spotless! Great location!

The property was professionally cleaned, smelled great, and was spotless. The owner was very professional and friendly. He was also always available by call or text for any questions that came up. The only thing I didn't realize is that this property only has a shower and no tub. I have a one year old so this made it difficult but not impossible to take him a bath. So if you have a little one this is good to know. Other then that I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. If I plan on going to SPI again I would re-book this place as it met all of my expectations. You are in walking distance to the beach and you have a great view of the fireworks.

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.
