Rental was very clean and had great direct access to the beach. The grounds were very nice and even the amenities were great. The owners were very responsive and helpful with checking in and instructions. The Patio was nice and had a nice side vantage view of the beach.

Condo lived up to expectations. Great view of the beach as the balcony sits just to the side of the beachfront view. Furniture and bed were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We had concerns with the hotel being right next door, but we ended up ordering drinks and food from their beach bar so it worked out perfectly! We enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure.

Loved the condo! Right next to both the beach and the pool, last condo on the complex closest to the beach, so great view from the balcony of both the beach and the weekend fireworks! Had all the amenities we needed, great decor, property owners were very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

A perfect spot with a beautiful view we loved how clean it was compared to many other placed we have stayed at. The next door hotel has a bar and party on the weekend with great music! The beach was steps away and perfect for our little to have morning walks right on the beach.

Nice place on the beach!

The property was nicely located on the north end of South Padre Island. There are a few hotel bars/beach bars right next door with reasonably priced drinks and delicious food. The other residents of the condominium were very polite and pleasant to be around.

Fall Vacation

It was and absolutely wonderful. I have been staying at this location in the same condo for several years and have stayed in the other units the owner has and every unit is incredible and awesome. I can't wait to be back again next year. Its my home away from home.

Condo was very nice and comfortable for our family of four. Condo is modernized and very clean. It had everything we needed. Communication with host was excellent. Check in process and out was very easy with no issues! Will definitely stay again!

Magnificent beach Lodge

We had a beautiful stay in this most gorgeous unit. The owner was very communicative and gracious. We could not have had a better host. We highly recommend this gorgeous, quiet, peaceful unit.

The property was located right next to Clayton's and it was so loud. They had music playing until 11:30pm and people were playing music right on the beach too. The last couple nights it did quiet down but those first few nights were horrible. The condo was very clean and Bill was very on top of things when contacted so that was appreciated

Perfect little getaway

The condo was well stocked and really clean, I have stayed in many condos and this was probably one of the cleanest. The beach access was like a 2 min walk. The check in person was friendly. The property was clean and quaint. We went for Thanksgiving and it was a very quiet property. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location!

This condo is right on the beach! The walk is so short and easy. The only downside is it’s kind of far away from where you have to park your vehicles so it’s a little bit of a trek if you have a lot of luggage/supplies. Loved everything else! Property owners are easy to get ahold of and communicated throughout my stay. Would definitely go back!

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Bill and Barb have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we chose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools, makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
