Nice unit for a weekend stay
My son and I stayed for the Rockville music festival. Although the building was a bit older, the unit was nicely updated and everything worked perfectly. Small but full kitchen was handy with a few dishes and silverware to get us through. Dual coffee maker gives you option if brew or k-cup. Had a nice side view which allowed us to see the beach without being scorched by the morning sun. Owner was very responsive to messages.
Just remember to ALWAYS put the parking pass in the window. I forgot one night and security slapped a parking violation on my windshield. Although I’m grateful they did tow my rental, they did STICK the darn thing on the windshield (even though I parked in the sheltered garage). The glue would not come off and I had to find a hardware store to get Goo Gone to get it off the windshield. That was annoying considering we had already been there 4 days. I would still rent this unit again.
