With FREE PARKING & a 9 min Uber drive to SOFI STADIUM, KIA FORUM, INTUIT Dome, YouTube Theater, this unique & beautifully restored ART DECO house offers 3 bedrooms with queen beds as well as a large outdoor entertaining patio with courtyard, back patio, dining, and outdoor front porch, veranda as well. There are 3 FULL BATHROOMS: plus, 2 bathrooms are en suite, & two bathrooms have both a shower and separate tub! Kitchen, baths & living room are equipped with all amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, laundry detergent, board games, bar with glassware, beach towels, and a variety of flavored coffee and creamers plus Pack & Play, iron, digital washer/drier, and 4 streaming TV's (one in every bedroom), making you feel right at home.
With even more great offerings like a furnished patio, 2 grassy lawns & 3 outdoor seated areas, you may BBQ outside or cook inside with all high-end stainless steel kitchen appliances. “The SOFIA” is the perfect home base for your trip to Southern California. Top-Notch Trip!

Steph was an absolutely incredible host for our group of 6!! First off, the pictures of the property are spot on accurate. The whole home is charming, warm, and overall just a lovely space. The backyard is simply STUNNING, especially with the gorgeous variety of plants. It’s also extremely spacious and an ideal place to relax in the sun, cozy up in the evening, or enjoy a group meal on the patio, which we did every night!The home itself was perfectly suited for a group of our size. The unique layout really maximizes the available bedroom/living space. All 3 bedrooms fit 2 people very comfortably with plenty of closet space for suitcases. We especially loved having 3 full bathrooms. In addition to having a super cool vibe, the kitchen is ideal for prepping group meals, and both the living room & den have so much charm. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet with a vibrant underlying character. A huge bonus is that the home is mere minutes from two large grocery stores, which is particularly convenient in a metro area known for its traffic.Finally, Steph is TRULY fabulous. Her communication is exceptionally punctual, friendly, professional, and helpful. Every time I asked her a question, both before and during our stay, she responded within seconds or minutes. Plus she had awesome recommendations for places to eat & things to do in the area. You will not find a better host!!Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Steph!
