Please note: There are 2 units on the property, each are private and independant. The home you’ll rent has access to park on the driveway and or street as well and private access to the back yard. This is a 3 bedroom and one and half bathroom. Quite area and close to Azusa Pacific University, Citrus College, Azusa River and in the middle of 210, 605, and 10 Freeways.
