Paradise In South Hutchinson Island! Just a few steps away from the ocean.

One month minimum stay from December through May. The other months, two week minimum stay. The unit is located in beautiful Ocean Village, in Ft. Pierce, Florida, South Hutchinson Island.
Come and enjoy this spacious condominium on the first floor with convenient parking in front of the unit. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, fully furnished, and is completed equipped with all you will need for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The living room has an Italian leather sofa, with two comfortable chairs to view the 65 inch T.V. The lanai is perfect for your morning coffee, and an evening glass of wine. Walk out from the lanai, to the walkway leading to the stairs taking you to the beautiful ocean! Walk along the beach shore, swim, or simply enjoy the Florida sun!

The Master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed, and ensuite bathroom; the guest bedroom has a queen size bed perfect for guests. This is a split level unit which makes it private with a barn door enclosing the guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The kitchen has new appliances and comes with all you will need just in case you decide to make breakfast, lunch or dinner.

There is plenty of amenities, 3 pools, one with a jacuzzi. There are tennis courts, golf, basketball, and a fitness gym for your daily workout sessions.

The unit also has wireless Wi-Fi, Cable T.V. Inside the unit there is a washer/dryer. Beach towels are provided for guests. The community has a 24 hr. manned, gated security gate. Use your guest wrist band during your outings throughout the community and when using the amenities. There is also a restaurant on site with delicious food serving lunch and dinner. On Saturdays and Sundays, you can enjoy brunch at the restaurant.

Not too far on Saturdays, you will get to enjoy the Farmers' Market. The Ft. Pierce town is in walking distance to the market and a marina where you can enjoy live entertainment and great restaurants.

Come to relax, and enjoy the beautiful ocean. You will want to come back every year.

Wear the Ocean Village Pink or Yellow wrist band while outside walking, using the amenities even at the beach. Outside unit storage, Owners only.
Photo I.D. is required upon check-in at the Guard Gate. No large groups, or large gatherings allowed in the unit.
Do not use a barbecue grill near the building. Designated barbecue area by the Cayman Center. Additional taxes and fees may apply.
