House was clean and quiet with nice amenities including a wonderful coffee bar. Pool was refreshing. Beach is short walk. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back and stay longer next time. Holly the host was great.

This great home was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. The warm pool was amazing and the short walk to the beach was ideal to take advantage of the sunshine even on primarily rainy days! Communication with Holly was wonderful as well. We are very thankful for a lovely vacation at this Island Retreat.

Our stay at "Walk to the Beach" was perfect! Our host Holly did everything possible to make it the best week. The enclosed heated pool was just what we needed after long days at the ball field. A quick 3 minute walk to the ocean was amazing also. Holly had everything provided in the house that was needed for our stay. We wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

This was by far one of the best homes we have ever stayed in! The host is attentive to your every need with many supples available in the home. If you have a problem, she is responsive immediately! The pool is so enjoyable, we never had to leave the premises! If you are planning a trip to this area, you will not be disappointed by staying at the Beach Island Retreat! Can’t wait to enjoy this spot again!

This was one of the nicest VRBO we have ever experienced. Place was clean and beautiful. Location was excellent (short walk to a private beach!). Pool was refreshing. Beds super comfy. We walked in the door and immediately knew we should have booked an extra night and did! Holly was more than happy and helpful to make our trip an extended stay. House, pool, and property is well maintained! Beds were comfortable, we slept well. I don’t think there was anything that we needed that wasn’t available at the house. If you’re coming to The Fort/Hutchinson Island and want relaxing serenity this is your spot! Beautiful beaches- if you have sensitive feet bring water shoes! Sunrise City Cafe, Havana George Cafe, and Skippers Cove were our top favorites for food and coffee!

We had the best family vacation. The beach is within walking distance. The pool was amazing, and our 5-year-old had the time of his life in that pool every day we were there. We went to a lot of local beaches, and this property was the perfect location. You could go North to Vero Beach or south to Port St Lucie. Great property, we are so happy we found it and would stay again in a heartbeat.
