Newly Renovated with an outdoor swinging bed! The Treehouse is a cottage high above the ground, affording great views of the treetops. It’s amazing how beautiful the forest looks from this vantage point, especially in the mornings and evenings. A fully-equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, and king-size bed provide all the creature comforts for a great weekend or longer stay. Unlike your average treehouse, it has heating, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with toilet and shower.

Located on private acreage.

Hello! We are Brad and Jenny. We have been living in Washington County since 2004 and have been living the dream raising our family in this beautiful country side.

Scenic Hill Retreat has been created to be a relaxing getaway nestled in the forests of South Texas. An easy road trip from Houston, Austin, Dallas/Ft Worth and San Antonio. We offer 12 unique cabins designed for a relaxing retreat on private property.
