We had a wonderful stay at the condo once we got to settle in. Check in and arrival was a little rough. I hadn’t received the check-in information, like keypad codes, WiFi codes or clearance for the front gate until I reached out to the owner while in Mexico! Communication was a little rough, but once we did get it established, everything was ok. When we walked in to the condo, we found that it had not been cleaned. I contacted the owners and they sent a cleaning crew as quickly as they could. After a few hours of waiting for the cleaning crew to finish, we quickly made ourselves at home. Even after the few hiccups we had in the beginning, it was worth our enjoyable stay! The condo is beautiful and felt like a home away from home. The beds were clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. The owners were happy to compensate us for the inconvenience of check in and we really appreciated that. I would most definitely love to stay here again. We have stayed at the Princessa several times and have always stayed in Building E on the ground floor. Building A is just as wonderful and seems even closer to the beach. I would 100% recommend staying here. Just make sure to keep in communication with the owners before you get there!
