This is a smoke-free home.

Air-conditioned with split-system units in all rooms.

The fireplace is not operational.

There are stairs to access the condo.

Pets are welcome, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs.



We understand that your furry friends are part of your family. Our condo is a dog-friendly retreat, so feel free to bring your canine companion along for the adventure.



Just please be sure to keep your dog on a leash and pick up after them. Also, please do not allow your dog to relieve themself on our condo grounds (near our front door or along the pathway to the beach), as this is a common amenity and might irritate some of our neighbors who live here throughout the season.



Please let us know in advance if your furry friend will be joining you on vacation.



✮ ✮ PARKING INFORMATION✮ ✮



Free parking is available for one vehicle, located just two blocks away.



Parking is located on Pearl St. The parking lot can be reached at 7 Pearl St., and the spot is #9, right near the street.



If you need additional parking, The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from May 1 - November 3, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.



Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 4 - April 30



The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.



If you're lucky, you'll grab a spot in the Johnson St. lot right behind Pepe's Wharf. Only a handful of spots there and they are often full during high season, but worth a peek since you'll need to drive past it anyway if you're headed to the MacMillian Pier Parking lot.



Another option for overnight parking is Provincetown Public Parking, located a short 5-minute walk at 134 Bradford St. opposite Provincetown Brewing Co.

As part of a quiet residential community, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious environment.



Our unit is located on the lower level of a building that features a gallery immediately above us. As a result, you might hear footsteps above during your stay.



Please also be aware that while we do everything to ensure your comfort, you might occasionally hear noise from neighboring homes and from Commercial St. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear very little.



Being part of a residential community in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents.

Location cannot be beat for this place! We did not gave a car, so appreciated it was an easy walk from the ferry. It’s right in the center of the Commercial St action (maybe not literally) so walkability is amazing. Extremely clean, plenty of supplies like tp and soap for our 4 days. We enjoyed the shared deck that overlooked the beach. Hosts were quick to communicate. Pricey, but I think that’s just Provincetown in general.

Better than I expected

This is a great condo in an even better location. Just a few minutes from the wharf and close to so much else, yet tucked away on the harbor side of Commercial Street. Very well appointed and cared for, it met our needs well.

The host was very welcoming. The place was in excellent condition, like new in many ways. Beautiful kitchen area. The view from the kitchen was disappointing, had to stand in one corner of the wall now to see the water, which was much farther than what the pictures depict. Some other unpleasant facts- 3 nice TV’s available, but the only TV service available was Netflix??? No local tv, Prime didn’t work on their TV. For a week, that was pretty disappointing. The logistics of having one bathroom off the living room, 15 feet away from the bedroom, was pretty unpleasant. Not to mention, that there was No Heat in the bathroom. Also, the bedroom, without a bathroom attached, had no bedside lamp. So, do a little reading before bed, get sleepy, oh yea, now get up and go across the room to turn off the light, and walk back to bed in pitch blackness, wide awake. Lastly, having the parking for the place 2 blocks away was not great. We were lucky the weather was nice. These may seem like small complaints, but when paying the large amt we paid for 5 nights, they are not. They are significant enough that we would not stay there again.

Thanks for staying with us - we’re glad you found the condo in great shape and enjoyed the kitchen! It sounds like our place wasn’t quite your perfect match. Bummer! We've hosted hundreds of happy guests prior to you without many complaints. Hopefully for your next trip to Ptown, you'll find that perfect spot within your price range elsewhere. Just to note, our listing photos show the layout and views accurately (and yes, one of the bathrooms is indeed an "unpleasant" 15-20 feet from one of the bedrooms). Parking two blocks away is actually a bit of Provincetown good fortune - most rentals along Commercial St. don’t have any at all. Finally, our smart TVs are set up to let guests log into their own streaming accounts for privacy and content personalization. Nonetheless, we hope you still caught a little Provincetown sparkle while you were here!
