Come enjoy the sun and waves in Longtown! This beautiful lake community offers access to gorgeous sandy beaches that are perfect for long beach days, swimming, and building sandcastles. Explore the area and take in the scenery by golf cart or UTV with your friendly neighborhood crew. With stunning views and endless opportunities to make memories, Longtown is the perfect setting for your dream getaway.

A vehicle is required to access and explore the area, as there is no public transportation available. Guests are welcome to bring golf carts, side-by-sides, and ATVs to enjoy the surroundings. The spacious circular driveway provides plenty of parking for vehicles and recreational toys.

For outdoor cooking, the home is equipped with an electric pellet grill. Additional pellets are stored in a plastic tote beneath the grill. Please do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. If you need assistance operating it, feel free to contact the property owner.
***THERE IS A $120 PET FEE. PETS MUST BE INCLUDED IN RESERVATION WHEN BOOKING (excludes service animals)

***Check out is at 10 AM. Any guests in house after 10:15 am without prior approval will be charged $75/hour for every hour they remain in the house past the checkout time.

1- Please be courteous and respectful to our neighbors and avoid loud outside noise from 10pm-8am (No parties/events)
2- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors. Any lingering odor of smoke or marijuana after checkout will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
3- All trash MUST be in a trash bag prior to putting it in the trash bin.
4-To protect the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors, and guests are responsible for picking up and bagging all pet waste. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated.
5-Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. The pellets for use are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $200 fee. If you need assistance to operate the grill, please contact the host.
