The primary bedroom features an en suite full bathroom with a dual sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. The other two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In between the bedrooms is a large bonus room/office with a dedicated work station desk and office chair, plus a seating area with a full size sofa bed.

Downstairs, the home features a formal sitting and dining room, a casual family room with a large TV, a half bath, a fully outfitted kitchen with a gas range, a laundry room and a spacious and landscaped backyard with a pet relief area, an outdoor dining table, BBQ, sitting area and a hot tub. The entire home is available for 30+ day stay starting July 1, 2023 and is ideal for traveling health professional or educators/administrators, those in between escrows, those doing home remodels or repairs or those newly relocating to our area, needing a bit more time to secure long term housing. The home is fully furnished with all utilities turned on and included in the monthly rent.
