Quaint cottage within walking distance (10 minutes down 12th St) to downtown square. Fully fenced spacious backyard. Bring your pups!
Perfect for a group of 5 friends or family, Tipsy on 12th includes two bedrooms with comfy queen beds as well as a dedicated office space with a daybed. The detached Casita includes a secondary family room with pull-out sofa. There are 4 total separate sleeping areas on the property. Enjoy the multiple outdoor patios, with gas fire table, play a game of cornhole, and dine alfresco!

We had a lovely stay in Paso at Tipsy on 12th! The house was perfect and had everything we needed. Our dog LOVES the huge yard at the house. This was our 2nd stay at the house and we look forward to coming back many more times!

Tipsy on 12th: great place to stay

We were only there 2 nights but had a terrific stay. Angelique is a wonderful hostess and the property is well equipped and in wonderful condition.

Cozy and comfortable stay!

We loved our time here! Communication with host was great and listing was accurate. Wonderful accommodations. My only wish is that it was warmer while we were there so we could have enjoyed the outdoor spaces more! Will definitely come back to stay again!

Lovely property in quiet neighborhood

This property was perfect for us and our dog, the yard is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quaint and quiet but also super close to downtown Loved it!

Birthday visit to Paso

Close town and wineries, the house had everything you need to make your stay nice, including the casitas in the back yard. The Host was accommodating and constantly in contact. We'd stay again.

Great Wine Stay

This property was especially clean and well equipped. Location was excellent. Close to downtown food and tasting rooms as well as central to the local area wineries. Communication with the hostess was flawless. Highly recommended!

Girls weekend

We had a fabulous time in Paso and this charming hime was perfect in every way! The location is ideal as it’s close to downtown but also located on a quiet street which was nice. The home is decorated nicely and has everything you need for your stay. The beds are SO comfy!! We enjoyed the outside firepit in the mornings and evenings. Angelique was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will be back

Charming and wonderful cottage in the heart of Paso Robles, we stayed here with our family and the property was well stocked, spotlessly clean and full of charm. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential utensils and kitchen equipment, the beds are comfy and clean. They also have a EV charger on site, which is a huge deal for EV owners.The location is perfect to central Paso Robles, only a few minutes from Downtown Paso Robles by foot and very close to the Paso Market Walk, which has wonderful breakfasts.The best thing about this property are the hosts! They’re extremely responsive, accommodating and easy going. Every single question I had was answered instantly before, during our stay. Seriously the host exemplify the best of VRBO. Don’t think twice. Book this place, you won’t regret it. And yes there is a reason it’s called Tipsy on 12th, but you have to stay to find out why.
