Great place in a great location!

Some friends and I stayed at Meribel for 4 birthday celebrations, 1 retirement celebration and of course Mother's Day! It's a great house to create new memories in!

Great location for a family gathering

We loved the property. Everyone had plenty of space for privacy and we especially enjoyed the fire pit and the wrap-around porches. The little one enjoyed the games.

Love the Home and the Area

Of all of our trips, this home really hit the mark. The area around Young Harris is amazing and close to everything that we love. Although we had one issue with a garbage loving bear and minor issues with the stove top, our stay was incredible. Most importantly, communication with the property manager was probably the best we've ever had. Very responsive as we messaged through the VRBO app. Hope to stay here again.

Great mountain getaway

We had a great visit to Maribel. A slight hiccup when we arrived and the cabin wasn't cleaned from the last guests, but it was handled quickly and without any issue. The host was very well appointed and had plenty of activities for my kids. We'd definitely return!

Young Harris Family weekend

We had grandparents, aunts and siblings staying to visit my daughter at school for family weekend. We had a great time hanging out together. Very clean, extremely nice and great views. Will definitely use again.

Long weekend!

were here for my grandsons wedding. Was a very close drive to the venue & easy to find. Being from WI. some of the narrow roads were a challenge, but very manageable.Overall a great time with family with many game and leisure options.

Comfortable Retreat.

This property was a very comfortable retreat for our stay near Blairsville. It is quiet and has a wonderful view. Everyone in our party enjoyed themselves and we would definitely consider coming back again. Only issue encountered was the pocket door in the Master bedroom does not slide fully and needs attention.

Beautiful views and great location

We had a wonderful stay at Meribel. We didn't get to take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit, but we were able to use the fireplace inside. The cabin is beautiful, very well kept, nicely decorated and updated, and has all the amenities necessary for a great stay. There are plenty of games and stuff for adults and kids, the area is quiet and safe. It was only a few of us in town for a few days for a wedding, I just wish we had more time. The only challenge I had was responsiveness on the vrbo app with the property manager, which was very slow and sometimes overlooked. I did call and speak to them, it sounds like they are working on that. However, everything worked out great and we had no issues. I highly recommend this property.

Family getaway

We had a great time at the cabin. Views were amazing. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub and by the fire pit. Seating on the upper balcony was also nice to have morning coffee. My teenagers enjoyed playing with the games in the basement and Sleeping in the bunk bed nook. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I would recommend is to get some ice cube trays so Ice could be made. The road in is also a little bumpy but very doable. Just drive slow if you have a low clearing vehicle so not to ground out on road.

This is the one

Great stay with my family. Phenomenal cabin with a stunning view and plenty of at-home and abroad activities within reach. This is the place you will kick yourself for not getting. We went up near Hiawasee with my wife's brother, spouse, and family, who had a different cabin. They had viewed this one online but decided on a different one. They came over and said that they should have chosen this one. Whew, I almost missed my chance to book it. lol

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
