オークコテージは、ライフガード付きのビーチへわずか6ドアの、カジュアルでクラシックな「パインズコテージ」です。 広々としたスクリーンポーチは、魅力的な雰囲気の中でモダンな快適さを提供するために改造されたこの1929年の歴史的なコテージの両側を包み込みます。

メインコテージ〜 "Oak Cottage"には3ベッドルームと2浴室があります。 ベッドルーム1にはクイーンベッド、テレビ、専用バスがあります。 ベッドルーム2にはクイーンベッドがあり、ツインベッド2台があるベッドルーム3とバスを共有しています。 リビングルームとダイニングルームはオープンコンセプトです。 設備の整ったキッチンからポーチ、デッキ、そしてリビングルームにつながっています。 洗濯物、上映されたポーチ、デッキがあります。 ポーチにはたくさんの快適な座席、テレビ、ダイニング、ゲーム、パズル用のテーブルが2つ付いています。 デッキは台所からダイニングテーブル、傘、長椅子、椅子および木炭バーベキューが付いている大きい家具付きパティオに通じている。

Great stay!

Our family had a great stay at Oak Cottage. We’ve been coming to Rehoboth for many years and love being a few blocks from town and very close to the beach. Oak cottage was very charming and beautifully decorated. We loved the screened porch! Great spot for morning coffee and afternoon naps and looking at the beautiful hydrangeas. There was a lovely space outside for a big family dinners. And the small guest cottage gave adult children their own space. Wonderful stay!

Sparkling clean home, spacious and thoughtfully appointed

We had a wonderful time from check in to check out. Treated kindly by manage and owner.The appliances, the rugs, the bed pillowsAnd the linens were spit spot. Even the baseboards were sparkling white! It’s a rare rental that looks better in person than the ad. In addition, we were just five houses from the beach and that alone is worth every penny. Thank you, Debra!

Family Vacay

We really enjoyed staying at Oak Cottage. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location was great, walkable to the beach and boardwalk. We had plenty of space indoors and outside on the patio and check in was easy and Debra was there to acquaint us to the property.

Great beach house

We had a great stay at Debra's beach house. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We especially loved the large screened in porch and spent most of our time at the house there.

Wonderful Home!!

We have the most wonderful time at this home! The location is perfect. So close to the beach and a leisurely walk/bike to the boardwalk. The house is comfortable and perfectly appointed. We hope to go again next year.

Close to everything

The property manager was very friendly and attentive. Close to the ocean, boardwalk and bike trail. Furnishings were comfortable and cozy. We had perfect weather to enjoy the outdoor shower. Enjoyable and relaxing stay!

Just what we were looking for

We were very fortunate to rent The Pines. It is your dream Rehoboth cottage. Wide wrap around porch, well equipped kitchen, and comfy furniture. The yard is beautifully planted, the proximity to the beach allowed for casual strolls after dinner. Quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to the downtown restaurants…I hope to return many times.

Adorable Cottage and SO close to the beach!!

We loved our stay at Debra's cottage. We have been coming to Rehoboth for years and we think Oak Avenue is far and away the best location in the area. Great Location, Great House

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway before the high season in Rehoboth, and The Pines was perfect. Steps to a beautiful and quiet beach, walking distance to restaurants and downtown, and fully equipped to feel "home" at the shore. A true cottage oasis. This is an area of town we weren't familiar with, but fell in love with. We look forward to returning to The Pines!

October Visit

My extended family and I visited for a long weekend. The two cottages worked perfectly. Very pretty decor and nicely stocked. About a 15 minute walk into town. Beach access is very close. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The homeowner was easy to contact with questions. Great stay!

Lovely cottage

Stayed several times at this cottage for a ladies weekend and we’ve always been pleased. It is always clean and tidy and very welcoming. We noticed updates to the decor this time. The owner is very easy to reach and quite accommodating. The location is perfect. We love sitting on the cozy porch where we can hear the ocean. Highly recommend!

‘Our blue house’

First Vacation in Rehoboth Beach- Can’t wait to go back to The Pines!

Three generations of our family stayed at Debra’s gem of a vacation home and had the time of our lives. Location, Location, Location!!! The easy walk to the beautiful beach and returns from the beach to the outdoor showers and large patio made for perfect days. Everyone enjoyed the huge wraparound screened porch and when it got too hot the central air and well equipped home (2!) & kitchen was a welcome haven. Everyone voted to return!

So Cozy even in Cold Weather

We were impressed across the board with this little cottage. We stayed for a weekend in October in the Oak Cottage only, and brought 2 kids and their grandparents with us. We had such a nice comfortable stay, even on the cold evenings or cold mornings. The house stays remarkably warm. Even the porch was inviting on a late evening with temperatures outside in the 50s!

Such a beautiful, well kept & well stocked home. Very roomy for the 6 of us & the additional cottage provided even more room & private hang out space for our older teens. We had a great relaxing time with a short walk to the less crowded part of the beach & walked to the busy boardwalk & Funland in the afternoon. We spent a lot of time on the screened in wrap around porch. Perfect place for coffee in the am. Everything was simply perfect!

I was born and raised in fabulous Sussex County and spent my summers 'at the beach' in my grandparents' cottage on Hickman Street, where my brother still summers. We rode our bikes on the Boardwalk in the mornings. Mommie packed us lunch and took us to the beach every afternoon. We swam, hunted for shells, sunned, read, napped under the umbrella and returned happily, 'brown as berries' (sometimes, red as lobsters). My brother was genius at skim boarding. We showered off the day outside in the Sand Shower. Daddy always had croquet set up for a nice game before dinner. Evenings were spent on The Boardwalk at Funland, eating Dollies' popcorn, ice cream or chocolates at Candy Kitchen. When we were teens, there was volleyball under the lights on the beach. When my own 4 children were young, I wanted them to share the Rehoboth Beach experience. I had the great, good fortune to buy a wonderful home on Pennsylvania Avenue. Later, the Oak Cottage was purchased and lovingly renovated and refurnished. Ralph Lauren bedspreads, beautiful Pistoulet dishes, original watercolor art, central air-conditioning and a huge porch on which your entire family can stretch out, relax, dine, snooze, read, play games, make the Oak Cottage a home I can share with others looking for a classic, family beach vacation. Now, upon the retirement of next door friends, I was able to purchase the 20 Oak Avenue "Pines Cottage" and have given it the same care in renovating this charming cottage treasure to share with my guests. I've successfully retained the old charm but, with modern updates and appeal. The kitchen has new Cafe appliances and granite counter tops. New hardwood flooring was installed in the 2nd floor while the original 1st floor hardwood was refinished. The back Guest Cottage has been fully renovated in 2021. Come enjoy the relaxing spaces created in this 1925 classic "Oak Cottage." Larger families may rent side by side 16 and 20 Oak Avenue together.

You will love this cottage because it is not the Four Seasons Hotel. It is an old style, comfy, charming, classic beach cottage. You will live on the porch. Everyone does. It's fabulous. The yard is large and private. You are not jammed up against the neighbor's house. Plenty of room to play. I always wanted my children to get away from the TV, video games and "go be kids." Yours will be free from the entertainment world and go explore. You will unwind and relax. All that said, there is central air so no noisy window units humming all night. There are TVs in Guest Cottage, the Master Bedroom and the Porch for times you feel like watching a movie or checking out the news ~ try not to do it. You will have a nice partly sunny, partly shaded yard and a cool, screened porch on which to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktail and dinner. BBQ some Delmarvalous chicken or steam up those Blue Crabs. We have such delicious local produce and seafood. Or, take yourself out to one of the many local restaurants - Seafood, Sushi, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Pizza, and even British cuisine. This is the most idyllic beach town ever, with all the memories of your childhood and everything you want within your reach.
