Shhhhhhh.....don t tell anyone about this secret hideaway at the beach! Everyone wants to come back to this house! Owner is very active in keeping up his home to make it a great experience for you. In fact, you will find a BRAND-NEW KITCHEN FOR 2026!! Enjoy the solitude of being away from the hub bub of the crowded beach block, yet close enough to walk to the beach. Catch the Jolly Trolly to go to Rehoboth & close enough to walk into Dewey but not located in the town of Dewey. Location is just off Lake Comegys and will walk by the Lake on your way to the beach. You are sure to love the solitude and convenience of being just 3 blocks to the beach. Featuring two levels and a raised living area, 3bdrm + den, 3 bth and a Screened Porch. This unit has CAC/DW/WD. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway + owner provides Rehoboth parking permit (deposit of $250 required & charged if not returned at the end of your stay). **1King, 1Queen, 2Singles, 1Double, Double Sleep Sofa** Sleeps 8. Minimum Off Season Stays: Fri & Sat $250/nite, week nights $200/nite (except holiday weekends) + Cleaning Fee. 5-7nites at $1050/week no cleaning fee. Off Season Rentals (1/1/26 to 5/23/26 and 9/23/26 to 12/31/26$).

Ask about early check in and late check out for off season rentals. Off season rentals need to be confirmed with the owner. This rental is also handled by a local real estate company and our calendars are not synced. We will need to confirm it has not been booked before we can accept but will do so timely.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement if you do not meet VRBO cancellation policy.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE.

Perfect location

Mother’s Day weekend

We had three generations together for the weekend, and enjoyed the house, the beach and the quiet location. We loved the screened in porch!We locked ourselves out the second day there, and we were able to get a spare key within an hour of that mishap!

Great family vacation house

This was a great vacation home for a family of 6 plus two infants. We loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time there. It’s not too far from the beach and a quick drive to downtown rehoboth. I would definitely book this house again!

Everything was relaxing. The bedroom off the kitchen is separated by only a curtain, but it worked out fine for our weekend.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a nice stay on our Beach vacation for my wife and I and our 2 adult children. The home was as advertised, with all amenities as listed. The location was quiet with easy access to the beach. Will look to stay there again duri g our bext trip to the Delaware beaches.

Short and sweet

We only had a couple days at the beach with our family but this place was great! Easy walk to Dewey beach with lifeguard stations nearby and chairs/umbrellas to rent if you need them. Our four kids had plenty of space, slept well, and all gave the house a thumbs up.

Excellent Location

Great location, easy walk to Dewey or Rehoboth! We were not able to get onto the beach due to rain and fog, but the walk to Dewey for beach access is very close. House has modern, updated bathrooms, was very clean and having 3 full bathrooms was great! Yard was beautiful and well maintained...would definitely rent again.

Great hideaway

We took our home away from home! It’s like going to the beach but not having to deal with the hustle and bustle! If you want to tuck away on the beautiful screened in porch have at it!! It’s great! We totally enjoyed it! Not a bad half hour walk into rehoboth if you don’t feel like driving either! Perfect weather and a great house :)

Perfect Summer Rental Home

The house was exactly what was described and exactly what we wanted. I liked the fact that the three bedrooms are all on the lower level, so when someone wanted to go to sleep they could do so away from the rest of us and our noise. It was a short walk to Dewey Beach and a short ride (bicycle or car) to Rehoboth. Highly recommended!

Lovely extended weekend stay

This property is truly a well-kept secret. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to the beach, cozy social/common areas, comfortable beds, and all the necessary amenities. Only two things to note: trash from previous tenant was not disposed of and the overall cleaning could have been better, and the upstairs bedroom, separated from the common areas by a curtain, should be better detailed in the listing so families/groups can plan their stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Cleaners have alot of properties to clean on Saturdays & we know they miss things sometimes. We are sorry about that. Let us know next time and if we need to send cleaners back we can. This was a wonderful house and we loved the easy access to the beach. The cleaning crew needs to be changed however. The house was unswept, dusty, and the toilets were not clean when we arrived.

The location was definitely the best part of the rental! Our teenage kids were able to easily bike to the board walk and into Dewey! The house is about 3 blocks from the beach, and we were pleasantly surprised that this location of the beach wasn’t overly crowded! Having 3 bathrooms was definitely a plus and they were all nicely remodeled, the layout of the house is a bit awkward having the main living area and kitchen upstairs. The kitchen could definitely use an upgrade as well as a lot of the furniture, as everything seemed worn and slightly dirty. We enjoyed the screen in porch. Overall is was a great stay and would recommend if you’re look for a good location and easy access to the surrounding area!

Perfect home. Ideal location!

Great place for adults and teens (there are stairs to 2nd floor where kitchen, LR and deck that don't have a baby gate, and a mini balcony that might be bad for climbing toddlers). The screened-in deck is fantastic. Location under pine trees and ceiling fans meant we left the AC off even on hot beach days. The outdoor shower and grill make this a fantastic beach rental, with just a 10-minute walk to the beach (across main road; there is a crosswalk). Would 💯 recommend and hope to rent again!

Truly a hidden gem

This house was nicely tucked away on a quiet street. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The house was plenty big enough for our family. The screened-in deck was a nightly hangout. Still needed to wipe down some kitchen surfaces when we arrived, but all in all was clean. A little delay when emailing the rental company for clarifying details, but check-in/out was simple, and they are available during the week if you need them. Would stay again.
