Honestly expected more from this rental. When we arrived, the place did not have working air conditioning or a refrigerator. Fortunately, the rental company did respond in an appropriate manner and the mechanic was very helpful setting up temporary solutions for our stay. I was sad to hear that toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing soap, or extra toilet paper and paper towels are not included in your stay. They do give you a “starter kit” that can quickly run out. Lastly, the sheets and towels provided are clean but the quality is equal to what you get at the hospital - very thin, scratchy, and not at all what you would expect for the price you pay.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback, Kara. We're sorry that the issues with the air conditioning and refrigerator affected the beginning of your stay, though we're glad our team was able to respond and provide temporary solutions. We also appreciate your comments regarding starter supplies and the quality of the linens and towels. We're working toward providing more of these types of items for guests next year and will continue reviewing ways to improve the overall guest experience. Thank you again for your feedback.
