Cute, cozy and fun

The place was in a great location not to far from the beach. Nice neighborhood with great amenities. The place was clean and spacious. The set up was family friendly.

Great spot for golf stay

Convenient for a quick golf getaway. Only issue was the carpet on the stairs has seen better days. Otherwise very clean and a great place.

The place was spacious, kitchen was fully equipped and beds were comfortable. This property is very nice - true to the pictures (which was different from our first experience through VRBO). We really appreciated the detailed communication and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did provide feedback regarding the squeaky stairs and stained carpet, but that’s minimal compared to how nice the place is. Highly recommend and will definitely rent this place again.

The condo was great, with a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs gets a little warm in the afternoon, but we were there the hottest week of the year, it sounds like.

Great space and excellent location

Of the three rentals we have had at Shipyard, this was our favorite by far. Spacious, clean, fully stocked. All bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which was a major plus. We had one blip, which was quickly and easily resolved. All instructions were clear and everything was as described. Great location across from the pool. Would stay here again!
