Resort Fee: please be aware that the condominium Beachwalk Resort charges to all rentals a daily fee. Please note this fee shall be paid at the Front Desk upon arrival.
Herein the fares, apply accordingly to your stay length:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day
• Please be informed that a security deposit of $250 will be held at the check-in. Credit or debit card will be required. No cash will be accepted. The amount will be reinstated to the card at the end of the stay, provided there are no damages to the property or no rules violated.

Welcome to Hallandale Beach! This city is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood. This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami. This is a quiet neighbor, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches. In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarkets to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right across the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!) 2 Minute-walk to the beach, 5/10 minute-walk to kids playgrounds Close to US1, quick access to I-95 highway, 10 min from Aventura Mall, 5 min from Gulfstream Park (horse racing and casino) 40 min from Miami Intl Airport, 20 min from Lauterdale Intl Airport, 20 min drive to Bal Harbour Shops, 35 min drive to Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlet. All convenience stores and supermarkets are walking distance (Publix, Win Dixie, Walmart) Target Supermarket and Whole Foods are 10 min drive.
