Hollywood Beach did not disappoint. We have been going there 2x a year for last 5 years and love staying in the south end. We always stay at Windwood Seas. The apt was spacious and clean. Balcony was a nice added bonus to sit out and have a coffee in the morning.

About 30 yards from the Boardwalk and at the south end of it. Very easy to walk in the sand for quite a ways. One thing we did not realize. Be sure to bring along wash cloths. No problem but we did not realize it. We will be back sometime, with wash cloths!!!!

Spring break Apt

Stayed here, everything was as pictures, super close to the beach! But, woke up the second to last day with 6 cockroaches in the apartment!

Hi Samantha, sorry to hear this happen. Our condo is super clean I can guarantee and we have the pest control guy spray once a month. We never had this issue before!

We stayed at this condo for a few nights and overall it was a little disappointing for the price we paid. I’ll start with the pros: this is an awesome location and located directly on the boardwalk with just steps to the beach. Other than that, the condo itself is not in the best condition. Almost everything is in need of some updating or care. The hallway leading up to the unit on the second floor has a very unpleasant smell and is very run down. That is out of the owners control though I guess so we’ll move on to the interior of the condo. There were paint chips in the wall, staining of makeup on the bathroom door, mildew in the shower grout all over, dust on the towel rack, broken window in the bathroom, and only 1 butter knife in the silverware drawer that had food crusted on it. We mentioned the mildew to the owner, as I could ignore the rest, and he quickly responded and said he would come to clean it after work, but then after he came and we returned to the unit that evening it looked like he messily painted over the grout to cover it instead of cleaning it? That was disappointing. As other reviewers mentioned, the water barely got hot and the drain needs some draino. The unit is also I need of some new bath towels, as the ones they offer are quite old and scratchy. Ultimately, this place is fine if you just need somewhere to rest your head and want something right on the beach, but the price should be lowered accordingly to accommodate for the condition of the unit.

We're glad you enjoy being right on the boardwalj with such easy access to the beach its definitely one of the things guest love the most about staying here. I'm sorry to hear that part of your stay did not meet expections. We do our best to keep the condo clean and comfortable and appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention. As mention I responded right away when you contacted me during your stay because guest confort is very importtant to me. Your feedback about the grout, towels, utensils and other maintenance items has been noted and will be addressed as part of our ongoing upkeep and updates to the unit. Regarding the hallway the area is maintained by the building association rather than the owners, but will certainly pass along the feedback to them as well. We appreciated you staying with us and providing helpful input that allows us to continue improving the experience for future quest.

Perfect Beach Vacation Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our vacation. It is located less than a block to the beach and the broadwalk along the beach. Our apartment had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels...great for soaking up the sun or an evening picnic in the moonlight. We also enjoyed the cross breeze in the apartment. By opening the doors and windows we had sea breeze and never turned on the air-conditioning, which is available. We enjoyed staying in for breakfasts and walking to close by restaurants for other meals. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and pans to cook as you choose. The bedroom is large and spacious with a comfortable king size bed. There is a laundry room next to the heated swimming pool which was close the apartment. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home. We look forward to returning in the future.

This property was in a great location with the beach steps from the condo. The heated pool was great too. We loved walking the broadwalk each day. The access to local restaurants was great. We will be back again.
