Stunning views of the ocean from the private balcony.  Watch the sunrise from your balcony and the sunset while sitting in the sand on the marsh side or in your lounge chair at the pool.  Walking distance to bars, restaurants, stores and the famed Ocean Annie’s!  Just a short drive from Walmart, Kroger, Tanger Outlets and many restaurants.

Bedroom 1: NEW king bed with large windows facing the ocean and access to the balcony
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds – upper bunk is a twin bed and the lower bunk is a full bed.  And a separate twin bed.
Living room: Queen sleeper sofa
 
Amenities: Outdoor & indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, pickle ball court, and basketball court.
 
Kitchen: Fully equipped, cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, toaster, smart oven.
 
Indoor living:  Living room has a new 55” smart tv.  Cable is included.  Bedroom 1 has a tv with cable.  Bedroom 2 has a tv with roku.
 
General: Linens/towels, in unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, keyless entry, beach towels, beach chairs.
 
Guest access: Smart lock on condo and guest(s) will be sent a 4 digit code before your arrival for the duration of your stay.  Two parking passes will be provided.

We provide a starter pack of toiletries and a set of towels per guest. For a short stay this may suffice. We recommend you pack or buy extra items as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be on-going balcony repairs for the building through the end of June. Ours has been repaired.
