All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

We booked this condo for 6 nights and 7 days. I willsay that this was one of if not the best vacation we have had as a family. The room was very nice and the two bathrooms and other bedroom were so nice to have when you have 17 20 and 11 year old kids. Everything you need is right there or not far away from where you are. Be sure to check out Pegasus Pizzaria that was steps away from our room. It was fantastic and owner was nice. Would come back to this place again. Would highly recommend.

Everything was as stated. Plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon, very nice umbrella in closet as well as some other beach supplies. Washer & dryer in unit is a plus! We had a great week and I love staying at Sands Beach Club. You literally step directly out onto the beach. Check in was easy with door code. A couple of issues when we arrived but a quick text and they were right there to resolve the issues. Take a large skillet if you need one cause there are only two smaller ones in the unit.

Couldn't get much better!

Overall this place was wonderful. Very cozy with a great view on the 11th floor. The place wasn't crowded at all and there was plenty of space for us on the beach and the pool area as well. The side window in the bedroom is superb. Both bathrooms have great walk in showers and having a washer and dryer in the unit is lovely. We forgot our beach chairs and they had ones to use and they were awesome chairs! Only big complaint was for the amount of money for the room I think having more toilet paper and other supplies would be nice. Now I don't know if I had access to room service for that but I don't think so. Another big issue was the water pressure in the bathroom showers were horrible barely any. Other than that we are going to be coming back to this spot as we had an awesome time!

So much potential

For the positives: The location is great—easy access to everything we wanted to do. The bathrooms have been updated and finding beach chairs in the closet were a pleasant surprise. The part that absolutely negatively impacted the stay were the beds. The mattresses are horrendous. How can you relax and enjoy the beach when you can’t sleep peacefully?! Beyond disappointed with the sleeping arrangements. Also, the furniture needs to be updated and the water pressure is poor. Last, we had an issue with the fire alarm—there isn’t one! This unit is not to building code. Maintenance came in on day 2 and 4 of our 5 day stay (we reported it as soon as we checked in) to tell us there was nothing they could do about it at that time.
